Mentor Training

In this Mentor Training video we will review concepts and tips to make you a more effective mentor. Topics include a definition of a mentor, mentor, program manager/admin, and mentee goals and expectations, relationship development and maintenance tips, challenges with mentoring and how to overcome them, characteristics to develop that can help in a mentoring relationship, and safety and ethical concerns with mentoring.
