BR standard locomotives often borrowed inspiration from LMS designs, so the use of a black five was a good move
I haven't seen much of the Caprotti Black 5s before. They look like the Ivatt 4MT 2-6-0s. The Caprotti valve gear was fitted to twenty black fives, thirty standard 5s (one of which survives), Duke Of Gloucester, and some Italian locomotives
I'd like to see you paint one blue and give it a BR standard tender (maybe a type BR1G or BR1H). Maybe even give it Myatt's Valley Railway lettering on the tender
Ooo, a blue 5. I'd go for the BR1H tender if it's a main line performer and a BR1G tender if it's only for heritage railways cuz it's easer to see when going tender first and MVR (Myatt's Valley Railway) on the tender would be so damn cool

Although it could be me but I prefer the tender to be a BR2 or BR2A tender for your locomotive just so it doesn’t make it look back heavy.

This Engine Reminds Me of a LMS Ivatt Class 4 Locomotive.
