    What it was all about for me was driving Talledega and going into those 34 degree bank turns with you foot crunched to the floor and feeling the g's that bruised my right arm. Having it full out, driving the perfect line, foot to the floor the entire way around and looking over at you instructor who knows you have done this many times and trusts you by saying nothing........It doesn't get any better than that. The hard part was always getting into my Honda Accord for my ten mile ride back to my hotel in Oxford, AL and obeying the speed limit on I-20 of 55 mph.

      Nice! Kinda wish I would've done it at Daytona or Talladega!

    speeds might be relatively slow but your driving a Nascar racecar on an official racetrack, id love to give that a go

    Sorry to bust your bubble but that's about 120 maybe

    While i wish it was faster I can understand why they dont do so, at the end of the day those are very exspensive cars and putting someone behind the wheel going full speed would be very risky 😂

    Sorry pal.... this company lies about the speeds. You were doing 120 max

    Got this for my college graduation present I did it at kansas my certificate says 158 and it felt about that speed all I remember is the last two laps getting thrown into the seat in the turns. So maybe for you it 120 but I've gone 160 at a drag strip before and to me the speed felt close to the same I believe mine was correct the way I got thrown in the corners 120 wouldn't of done that. So you believe what you want. Also I would of edited out the stalls

    damn rev limiter !!

    Was he hitting the rev limiter? is that 'crunch-crunch' I kept hearing?

    • @JoeyPerryArt
      @JoeyPerryArt  5 лет назад +3

      Yes, the rev limiter was set to 5,000 RPM (150 miles an hour). I hated that part, but being able to say I've driven a racecar at all is still pretty awesome.

      Rev limiter?
      I understand but thats a joke

      @@JoeyPerryArt exactly man! Not alot of people will ever know what that's like and I've seen so many comments on a ton of videos where people will say theres no way you hit that speed they told you because I've gone faster on the highway blah blah blah. I'm sure they might fib a little on the speed you go to bring people in but you cant compare a race car on a track with no speedometer to a street car with a speedometer. The only thing that matters is if you had a blast. I live 15 mins from Daytona International Speedway and I've always wanted to do this since I was a kid

    Ya it's all bs

      I mean putting some random person behind the wheel of a Nascar is risky already, let alone if they didn't have a limiter. Just wish they didn't lie about it

  •  4 года назад

    Richard Petty driving experience does the same thing with the speed...its all fraudulent

    Waste of money

      @cjthomas4102 9 месяцев назад

      I mean not really, you are still getting to drive a Nascar on an official track, also it would be very risky to put some random person behind the wheel of a car and give them like a day of training before going 180 around a track 😂
