Great job for just a couple months. Try to bend your right bow pinky so it has more control. The scratchy sound can come from the bow going too close to the bridge and it doesn't go perpendicular to the strings (which you try to correct) keep the bow right between the bridge and finger board, it doesn't need to move much. If the bow is tilted forward then you're only using a few bow strings, lay it flat so there's lots of surface area of the bow and violin. This will take time of course.
