Excellent tutorial. Thank you.

You welcome
Thanks for this video.
You're welcome
Dear Sir,
this is an absolute excellent tutorial !!
I recently got a 3-axis CNC milling machine,
which I designed and built myself.
I am currently using MACH3 as the CAM software;
but would like to switch to MACH4.
I would like to expand my machine to 5 axis.
For this I would then build a "Trunion".
I just wanted to ask if I can get the original F360 file
from this tutorial.
It would also be just for me for study purposes and I would
don't publish it either !
Greetings from Hamburg / Germany

Awesome thank you..:)
U’welcome
Thank you very much for your very informative video. Usually it’s someone flying through it assuming the person watching knows what they know.
Anthony Lodi thanks, please click on the like button as well.

Thanks, please follow my channel to watch more interesting videos, I update my channel regularly.
Most helpful. Thank you!
you welcome
most helpful video for the 5 axis, it helped very well especially for the sphere toolpath.
Glad to hear that!
Thanks Didi!
U'r welcome
@@DidiWidyaUtama I have a question, when I load a file part made in solidworks ,the position of the part in fusion change, its normal? any tip?thanks in advance
@@matameh if any part imported in fusion usually the position remain unchanged, it refers to original CAD origin.
@@DidiWidyaUtama was solved , sorry for my dummie question haha, Thank you Didi. Regards
Excellent guide, very informative. Thank you kind sir
you welcome.
hello dear friend! all well? I'm happy with your video, the best I've ever found about.. is it possible to configure the spindle as a servo to make threads with mach3? thank you very much, have a nice day!
On the extrusion part, where he selects profile, he forgets to mention holding down left click will bring up that depth tab where you can select profile.
Yes, at 4:32 i forgot to mention it, thanks
Hi There, thanks for your sharing. and one question is that the last operation 'Flow', my toolpath start cut from the bottom, not the top, which is different from yours, tks
Please check your surface vector direction, flow toolpath basically will follow it
Didi,Your tutorial is brilliant and and easy to understand.
Unfortunatelly the quality of the video in RUclips is very very poor
Now, One can not see clearly enough the values you have given!!
Please Can you try to publish it on a better video quality..
Please consider watch in computer or a bigger screen and set your video quality option to 1080p, all my videos provide 1080p quality and its enough to see the values inside my videos. Thanks for your feedback.
Hi didi , thank you so much for sharing great information , when I can find please more your tutorial for 5 axis machine please

Can I have a link of all tutorial series like this one (5 axis )
You could find it in the playlist
Great Job!!!, Could I do this part on CNC HY 6040 5 axis Engraving Router (ChinaCNCZone)?
I think it possible, try it then
Can you help me friend? My milling simulation is not showing the material removed, only the cutter around the model. Does not show the initial cylinder.
during toolpath simulation, please check mark on "stock"to show it
Created a 5-axis toolpath with Fusion 360 CAM flow.
The generated NC-Code doesn`t correlate to the motion of the endmill.
Can you take a look at it?
you need to setup the post processor setup and match it with your cnc
@@DidiWidyaUtama Thanks
how come 5 axes and the gcode contains 6 axes x, y, z, A3, B3 and C3 ?
The post processor i used was the default generic from the fusion library, you need to adjust the post processor to match with your machine, thank you
Sir , how to B & C head 5axis post prosser editing & post position value's editing sir, pls help me

Hi can anyone help me please??
I design home furniture. I am not sure which software to choose ( fusion or inventor). I need a software that can allow me to model my furniture along with the joints and inner wood skeleton of sofa.. i also need the software to generate cutting list for production.
Thanks
in my opinion Fusion can handle that.
Joints with Fusion 360 are fantastic. You can fine tune all your parameters and it’s pretty easy once you get it.
Please Sir mobile modeling tutorial upload this Samsung Galaxy Note 10
Please Sir
