    Here is a simple recipe for an egg and bread omelette:
    Ingredients:
    3 large eggs
    2 slices of bread (cut into small cubes or leave whole)
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 small tomato, chopped (optional)
    1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
    1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, chopped
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper to taste
    1/4 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
    1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder (optional)
    1 tablespoon butter or oil
    Instructions:
    Prepare the eggs:
    Crack the eggs into a bowl.
    Add salt, black pepper, and optional spices like red chili powder and turmeric.
    Whisk the eggs until frothy and well combined.
    Add vegetables:
    Add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, and coriander leaves to the egg mixture.
    Mix everything together.
    Toast the bread (optional):
    If you'd like a slightly crispy texture, lightly toast the bread slices or cubes in a pan with a little butter until golden. Remove and set aside.
    Cook the omelette:
    Heat a pan on medium heat and add butter or oil.
    Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it cook for about 30 seconds.
    Add bread:
    Place the bread slices (or cubes) on top of the omelette.
    Press gently so the bread absorbs some of the egg mixture.
    Cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the omelette starts setting.
    Flip and cook:
    Carefully flip the omelette so that the bread side faces down.
    Cook for another 2-3 minutes until both sides are golden and fully cooked.
    Serve:
    Transfer to a plate and serve hot with ketchup or your favorite sauce.
