Phantom's potential was drastically downgraded when he lost his human half. Danny progresses much faster with both of his halves and thus, develops his powers more. Phantom would concieveably be able to produce Ice too, probably.
Yeah I would think dam would have ice powers ❄❄❄🥶🥶but it probably wouldn't be as strong since he likely has a heat core and developeet fire powers and by fire I mean actual ones not ghost fire since from what I've heard on things we want from a danny phantom rebot vlad being Danny's opaset he has a fire 🔥🔥🔥core but since the show was cancelled we didn't see more of this subplot about danny and the far frozen 🥶❄🥶🥶❄ and ghost cores going on

to me there is no greater feat you can archive in anything then overcoming a dark reflection of yourself. something that embodies everything you hate either about "yourself or what you might become in the future." for danny this was a literal WORST enemy, a future shadow of what he MIGHT become.... but for the rest of us its our own minds and our temptations to do evil. and i think danny put it best himself "the future isn't as set in stone as you think."
