Connolly's Wish to be a Winnipeg Jet

- For ten-year-old hockey fan, Connolly, becoming a Winnipeg Jets player was the realization of a dream after a very tough year. Connolly was forced to sit out the hockey season due to brain surgery in the fall.
Watch Connolly get the chance to take part in a practice with the Winnipeg Jets hockey team and his favourite player, Adam Lowry.

NHL teams are the best. There are similar videos on RUclips involving almost every team. Teams in other leagues occasionally do stuff for Make A Wish and similar charities, but hockey teams do it more often and they go above and beyond to make it a really special experience instead of just a generic meet and greet with a few players and some autographs.
Most football players, for example just act like overpaid divas sometimes, lots of football players snub kids

Also anyone who dislikes this video doesn’t know what that kid went through. He made a wish and he got it BECAUSE HE HAD BRAIN SURGERY. He is not spoiled and he could’ve been the only one of his brothers on the ice but no, he wanted his brothers to come on the ice with him. How sweet
