I want to automatically send a free PDF when someone enters their e-mail and name-- how do I automate this process as soon as people sign up? I assume in this example, once someone gives their e-mail, you automatically send them your coffee brewing guide-- so how does this last, most important part, happen?

Is this a free version as mine on the first page just doesn't look like that or give the option of simple email.
I don't have the first name option. Is it only available to paid users?
