I have travelled more than 20 times in vandebharat in Madhyapradesh and if you find your tray are dirty you can call trainstaff they will clean it immediately. I can confirm vandebharat is best train I have ever visited only cons are it's little expensive like from katni to Bhopal from normal trains its 300 and vandebharat cost almost 1370 ..
