1. Percentage: nenu 1st sem nunchi min 9 cgpa maintain chesa, trick is simple. Intrest unna subjects ni detailed ga chadavadam, migatavatini exam kosam matrame chadavadam (subject to correction: migatavi ante career ki imp kanivi ani). Okkokka unit lo 2 or 3 long answer questions matrame chadivevadini imp kani subjects lo. So cgpa ala maintain chesa. 2. Career gap: nenu june 2023 lo passout ayya, Feb 2024 lo oka mnc lo join ayya. E gap lo new skills ni nerchukuntu daily oka 5 to 6 hours career paina matrame focus chesa. Migata time lo job notifications filter chesi apply chesa. After graduation, blaming others for your unemployment will do no good. Ee time lo mana paina manam entha trust pettukoni munduku velte antha Manchidi.

Very valuable 👌 informative video. Thank you bro.
Even i faced 3rd scenario, many HRs asked me that why did you switch 3 companies in just 3 years.
And what did you answer plz comment if you are comfortable because it may help others
@Frontlinesmedia Thanks for replying to my comment.
Basically I worked for 9months in each company out of total 3 companies.
1. I said, my manager is a very good person, he supported me alot throughout the project but due to rotational shifts, that too 5 days to office it's very tough to manage both my personal life and work life, my parents becoming very old they need my support at home.
2. Out of my personal reasons, I've said that my project is almost over checked with my manager/ resource management for the new projects.
My bad luck, there were no projects in pipeline are available when I was in Bench pool.
I gave these answers some companies accepted it but some product based MNC companies (2 to 3 companies) not accepted my reasons.
But I never gave up with my reasons, I tried, I trusted myself and managed the recruiters. It worked finally 🙌.
I can say one thing Interview managing skill is also very important, not only technical skills.
@@Happiness238 yes your reply helps soo many bcoz so many dont know what actually happens inside of organizations while Recruiting
