Great video guys! By coincidence, our next club match is holdover only. Will count this as a training video! I'm looking forward to more content like this.
Thank you! We enjoy making content for all to watch! In regards to you hold over training stuff make sure that you either hold OR dial. Do not do both as total elevation may be skewed by stacking both sets of tolerances. The only reason I dialed some and held the rest was because I didn’t want to reduce the quality of the trigger cam footage.
Love the videos you guys post I’m in Charleston SC and shoot on my families plantation. If y’all ever come out to the south I got a PRS course I built out to 1500 yards. Ray from xring has some ideas planned for a setup we’re doing in the summer would love to have yall join.
@@averageshot I always enjoy being able to talk shop, shooting, reload data , and all around gun builds in general. I also just enjoy having genuine, good old country boys out who like to have a good time, and no matter what we always find a way to enjoy, shooting and other outdoor adventures. Hope y’all make it out. Next month I’ll be shooting the mile again in the x ring channels challenge. Just look for the long haired Tarzan looking mofo and that’s me haha.
Go back and rewatch the shot when your bolt was open. You are slapping the hell out of the trigger man. Fixing that will help account for random 4 o’clock shots and possible vertical stringing.
I only dialed and used hold over because I wanted to capture footage for you to see through the scope cam. If I dial all the way the reticle moves too far off center for you to see the point of aim and if I held only you wouldn’t see it either. Had to make it work for the content but yes I agree. Dial OR hold not both otherwise you are stacking tolerances and increase total elevation discrepancy

You are complicating things. Either dial, or use holdovers. Not combine them. I can see you struggling.
