My virus scanner is always turned off. This is the third day that I want to enter, but it stops at "strat up" and that's it. How long until the server is back up or something? (I used to have to wait like this for 1 day. Now it's more than 1 day)

There is a reason your antivirus flags this game. I tried to post about this issue on their facebook page asking why and they deleted my post and blocked me. Instead they made some bots spam messages about how great the game was. I don't expect you to stop playing the game, but please do not do banking or access your email if you've done this to your pc. Do a fresh install of Windows.

Hello, I've been having the same problem with my Alicia log in, but when I go into the Task Manager I don't see Alicia in it? I've always tried the Antivirus trick but to no avail either. So I'm not so sure what could be wrong.

Yesterday it did the same but I left my laptop alone to load and it loaded the game but today it didn't😢
Check your task manager, and also as I mentioned in the description, it turns on again by itself, make sure to turn it off each time you enter the game :3

mine dosnt look like though. when i go to virus and threat protection it takes me to Norton 360 and games...
I'm super confused cause mine won't let me install gametree, every time I get the gametree laucher popup that's when it breaks, so either its not loading what's after that or it won't let me install gametree 😭😭

alright so i've finally did get it but if i turn of realtime virus protector or smth the problem is that my pc won't be protected from viruses and if i open alicia online there is a trojan virus at risk

I instaled alicia not long ago on my computer and i have an issue with maximalizing the screen, it wont let me do it and at first i kinda just ignored it because i thought "oh well maybe thats how its supposed to be" but its honestly kinda getting on my nerves and idk what to do about it 😭 please can someone tell me what to do and how can i fix it

i need help ive been trying to download ao for 2 months now and all it says is network error when i have full bars ive tried chrome,firefoxand opera and nothings worked and turned virus protectr off
It could be just the computer itself…. A lot of computers dont support ao, especially mackbooks.

Restart your pc, it happens to me too, it’s because windows sees ao as a threat, and it turns it off, if restarting doesn’t work then try adding an exception in firewall protection

Hello! I really need help. I havent been able to play Alicia for almost 4 weeks now. I always get ''lost connection with server, the game will close.'' I tried turning off the real time protection, I reinstalled it and I tried a few other things. Still not working. I thought its bc of windows 11, but I already played Alicia on windows 11 and it didnt crash or smth. Maybe you can help me?
yes, i have had that aswell, theres nothing i could do but just reboot the game by going into my files and launching the alicia online setup file again, but i also fixed it by turning off real time protection, windows confirmed that windows 11 came with a lot of bugs and glitches , you could try switching back to windows 10 if the time limit didnt run out for you.
or another method is by completely restarting your computer, starting with everything new, you might lose files, but thats what got my game working, we can maybe figure it out together more if it still doesnt work, text me your discord and we can talk it out
