How to Fix Toro Snow Blower Pull Cord

How to replace / fix a Toro snow blower pull cord. Pull start broke. You will need a 8 mm flat head screwdriver knife or scissors and small screw driver to hold the recoil from spinning. Spin recoil 5 times to give it enough tension if the pull cord is broken.
