incredible explanation broken - thank you
Great job, Patrick! Excellent script, fantastic editing, and the presentation was top-notch as usual!
Thank you so Patrick, the day I came across your channel through fcc will be the most memorable day of my life. One day I will have the privilege of showing the world my project all thanks to you.
Please tweet at me when you get a job, or become successful in web3
I will, surely!
Nice,,, thanks man,,,,
00:02 Tokenized RWAs are Real-World Assets put on blockchain for trading.
01:08 Tokenized real world assets face legal and practical challenges.
02:14 Ensuring token value parity with real-world assets.
03:19 Tokenizing RWAs simplifies transactions and pricing.
04:17 Tokenized Real World Assets (RWAs) have off-chain and on-chain collateral locations and backing types.
05:20 Tokenized RWAs provide decentralized asset tokenization.
06:24 Tokenized RWAs using Chainlink Functions.
07:26 Tokenized RWAs make physical assets easily tradable as tokens.
aha, synthetic-backed Domino's Pizza
the idea which came from the code stream
since then I've been developing that project for leisure😁
please make it
Your way of teaching is amazing. I am learning web3 for more than a month already. I hope to find a Blockchain job one day. When I do that I will register a twitter account and twit about that
Looking forward to it 🫡🫡
I have min of 3 projects I want to create Tokens for.
1. Precious Metal Ocean Dredging. We fund the project with NFT and the Gold, Copper, Cobalt, Zinc we recovered, we use it to back the Tokens. $500m to $1B in recoverable minerals for our first deposit. 1 of 1000s around the world.
2. Graphite mine NFT and Graphene Tokens.
3. SeaRanch Farms NFT. Ocean raised seafood, and organic Food for Tokens. We all need to eat.
Am working for a real estate market place and am building a decentralized RWA tokenization marketplace for them, thanks for this insight
Is this open source? if yes, I would like to see how you have implemented it.
@@coolnuwan no it's not
I love you parick , may be not today may be not tomorrow but one day i will come here and comment that i have achieved what i have imagined ❤
I am looking forward to that day
Hey Patrick! I hope you're doing well TODAY!
MAKE TODAY AN AMAZING DAY
Hello patrick so im a big fan of RWA and im writing a medium articles, clearly your video is thoroughly helping me understand how it works big thanks to you.
So as I'm going through the github readMe, and it says that there are 8 types of RWAs in your docs, is that statement really correct? You clearly stated in your other chainlink live that on chain Assets are not RWAs.
I think the right way to put it that there 8 RWAs traits and 4 types(Aoff, CON, DB),(Aoff, CON, SB),(Aoff, COFF, DB),(Aoff, COFF, SB).
I know im talking too much 😅 but What do you think? Am i wrong?
Yes! That’s more correct. Sorry, the readme should say there are 3 categories used to understand tokenized assets, one of them being where the asset is represented.
Yes, if the asset is “off-chain” that is the criteria to consider it real world
@PatrickAlphaC yes, I think you are right as well. Thank you very much.
I will make sure to tag you once I'm done with my medium write up, it's my first and I'm kinda excited about it.
I am a Beginner from India and want to get into blockchain as you probably know the recession going on in web2 jobs. Just Curious to ask , should I complete Data structures and Algorithms first then should get into this??... It can probably give me the advantage of writing more efficient smart contracts.
Thanks for ur help.(Btw just going to start my 1st yr CS degree- 2024-28)
Data structures will help for sure! The more you know, the better. You can probably start diving into the Cyfrin Updraft curriculum now if you want! I've seen plenty of people start directly with that.
@@PatrickAlphaC Sure thanks, But I have plenty of time so I will go for DSA and competitive programming for about a year and will be learning blockchain in the meantime. Big appreciation for your work.🙏🏻
Patrick, will you made a video about contributing to open source in web3
What do you mean? Like how to do it?
@@PatrickAlphaC yep! For beginners, there is no single tutorial of it 😔
@@PatrickAlphaC and also make dedicated video for it, 95% of beginners in web3 , don't know how to make open source contribution
Can you provide an example of tokenizing real-world off-chain assets like real estate? How that could be different from tokenizing off-chain assets like shares (TSLA or MSFT)?
The same methodology we show in the github repo should work.
Just hook up your chainlink functions to proof the house exists and that you own the deed. This would add a large centralization layer.
Or, you could go the synthetic approach, and just get the average hour price in the area, and make a synthetic real estate token.
@@PatrickAlphaC Thanks for the reply. What are the best approaches you would recommend or do to maintain the price of a real-world tokenized asset like a hotel in a non-collateral manner?
Please do a tutorial on ccip
CCIP docs are quite good already
@@PatrickAlphaC want to learn from u because I am a beginner. To become expert
Beefcake!
BEEFCAKE!!!
Great job, Patrick! Excellent script, fantastic editing, and the presentation was top-notch as usual!
