The Winnie The Pooh thing is the original character went into the public domain. The Disney version of the character is trademarked so it can’t be used. Same with the version of Mickey Mouse that is from 1928. That version is in the Public domain, but the version of Mickey used as the brand is trademarked. And trademarks do not expire
