Don't buy the problem you face after buying this, gives you no satisfaction in keeping such a costlier scooter. Range reduces way quicker, limp home issues, overpriced. This scooter deserved to be priced below 1 lakh
Battery is substandard same like Ather 's Only 20,000 life and then spend 90,000 Rs fast charging is a bluf 90sec 1km even I do fast charging daily on okaya 120 sec 1 km
This product is a complete waste of money and biggest let down for someone who wants to buy an ev, limited speed of 45 in eco may become a hazardous situation while riding the scooter so one has to change the mode and in doing so range drops quickly, this scooter is not at all practical for long run. after buying this scooter within 15 days i had to book RSA don't know what happened to it, arranging RSA to nearby service center is not possible. Their customer support is so worst, time taken during the service is also unexpected. Above mentioned issues 1. Limp home 2. Inaccurate range 3. Charging stations out of service 4. Range drops quickly 5. Poor service centre 6. No dedicated space for vida 7. Brake is average 8. Navigation is of no use 9. Boot lock is an issue if a full face helmet kept inside 10. Panel gaps are visible 11. Long charging time 12. Customer support is pathetic 13. Indicator placement 14. App is not seamless My daily running is more than 60 kms i just cannot rely on it, because of reducing range and battery percentage, it is so worst that it can swindle anytime. I bought hero vida with huge expectations and the scooter ruined everything, i will never buy any ev again
