Unpopular opinion but the 8 seconds from 0:16 onwards isn't horrible, especially for that track It wouldn't be a big deal if it was just a small background thing. Lil Wayne has also been milked dry, we need some new goofy guitarists.
They cut the end though where he does a slide and doesn't roll his hand off and mute the strings. He holds the note and it's the wrong note lol! But, yeah, the actual notes he's playing there do fit the song. Just not played well.

With a little bit of extra practice and knowing the right notes he could make it sound fine even in his skill level.
