Is this the screen that we see at the nd of the practice test? I thought it was 4 sections of conversation, comprehension, production and literacy. Could you please share that?
Somehow Im glad you make some mistakes in the fill in the blanks sections and still had a high score. I was worried that sometimes I knew the words other times I dont. I thought the test had to be perfect.
Yeah, you are right. We don't have to be perfect to get a high score!
Hi everyone, the first two types of questions - "Real or Fake?" and " Find the Right Word" are NOT included in the real test now.

Hi friend, speaking and writing mainly affect the Production subscore, they don't account for much in total score. You can find some common topics and create your own structures to answer the topics. Practice producing writing and speaking answers within the given time.

isn’t it incorrect to write “we’ve’” because in writing we should write “we have”
Yes, in the formal writing, it's better to write "We have" instead of "We've", but in the Listen then Write section, it's better to write exactly what we hear.

Hi, in the real test, there will be one more Interactive Reading, one more Interactive Listening, and one more Listen then Speak question. I'm not sure how you performed in each question of practice test. If your vocabulary is good and your are confident in your writing and speaking, you will get 120-130 in real test depending on how well you can master less common words. @@Oggimann

@@Oggimann You're right. There should be no other people in your room, and no talk even outside. Practice keeping your eyes on the screen while speaking and always keep your face and shoulder within the scope of the camera. Otherwise the test will be invalid. If the lighting is not ideal, use a table lamp or face the window to make your face clear in the camera.

Hi, currently, most of the questions in practice are exactly the same as the real test except for only three kinds of questions: Read and select, Complete the sentences, and the 3 min follow-up response in Write about the topic.

Let me explain: The Duolingo English Test is a computer adaptive test, which means that the question difficulty changes constantly according to test takers' performance on each question. So although I made mistakes here and there in the practice test, the general performance still maintains a difficulty of 140+ level, which leads to a 140+ finally score. By contrast, If there are frequent key failures dropping the difficulty level to under 120, the final score would be below 120 even the performance is generally good on 100-120 level. @@angelland7
