Last year was our first HHN. My son turned 15 and he somehow convinced me and my sister to go with him. We're big chickens. My only regret is that we haven’t gone sooner!!!!! OMG the high quality houses, food, scare zones, show, and fantastic scare actors have us hooked!

Halloween horror nights means the absolute world to me. I’m totally obsessed. I’ve been going since HHN 20 in 2010 the first house I did was the anniversary house I loved it and then I went to the scare zone with all the icons I saw clown with red hair and I instantly fell in love with the event. Halloween horror nights makes me get up in the morning. Makes me work hard at my job. I save up all year just for the event to get the biggest pass with express. people say I’m crazy because I go through the houses multiple times yes it’s about getting scared, but it’s also about the history of the event and the time and effort the team members and the creative team put into the houses you can go through the house multiple times and not see it everything, all of the Easter eggs and references to past events. Halloween horror nights is my therapy. I love repping the merch I love talking about it all the time I can literally just sit down and watch people get scared in a scare zone. To me Halloween horror nights is my personality and everything to me.
I love this video so much. You can feel from every person involved the love and passion for the event. Thank you for putting this together. You've informed ,excited and most importantly inspired this generations horror fam. See you all in the fog.

I remember being introduced to HHN in a travel channel documentary with the Caretaker. My first time at Halloween horror nights was in 2010, ever since then it’s been a tradition.

Omg this is a good question lol, my first time going was the sweet 16 (I was also 16) and I’ve been going since then. My bday is in October and since 2006 my plans are just going to HHN, I start planning in February. The event is just home, knowing that there are people that love and appreciate horror, the smell of the fog makes me smile and enjoying it with my friends and bringing new fans to it make me happy.
Sorry it's taken me a while to write this, as a teacher, this is a busy time of year for me!
I first went to Halloween Horror Nights in 2007, after having been interested in the event for a few years. My first House was ‘Vampyr: Bloodbath,’ which I ironically consider to this day to be the worst House I’ve ever been to! However, I was unaffected by that, and quickly became a hardcore fan! Other than the 2011- 2013 period when I was unable to attend, I’ve been to Horror Nights each year since then (Though in 2014, my friends and I only went for one night and were only able to hit 4 Houses: Halloween, Giggles and Gore, From Dusk Till Dawn, and Roanoke)!
One thing that Halloween Horror Nights means to me that I haven’t seen many others comment on is that it is an exercise in courage. I can be a nervous, jittery person, but going through Horror Nights each year and hitting each House multiple times, in addition to being just plain fun, has proven to be a marvelous way for me to gain experience in facing my fears and learning to be brave. It reminds me that while I can be nervous at times, I’m NOT a coward (Especially considering how often I’ve talked to people who’ve said they’ll never go to HHN due to being too scared). I can then take that experience of courage and use it during other, more everyday times when I may be feeling scared or overwhelmed. I can’t count how many times I’ve been called to my boss’s office, initially feeling nervous about it, but calmed myself down partly by inwardly reminding myself things like, ‘I can do this, I’m a Horror Nights veteran! If I can face Michael Myers in his House, then I can face this!’ I then approach the situation much like approaching a Haunted House, attentive and a little bit apprehensive but confident and not pausing a step.
Facing the adventurous scares of Halloween Horror Nights has helped provide me with the courage to face the horrors of the everyday real world, and will undoubtedly continue to do so for many years to come!

I don't remember what year it was but I started going in HS. Started with a bunch of friends making it a yearly thing to now going with my kids and making memories. Now I never get scared at this stuff. It just fascinates me. I Love Horror!! That comes from my mom and I'm passing it down❤.
Favorite year was when they did it at both Islands and Universal. Bill.and Ted will always be my favorite show!
It means everything since 2021! Im not sure if i want to miss a year going forward coming from Indianapolis the past 3 years. Im definitely addicted to Orlando's and really curious to visit Hollywood's. But honestly JACK The Clown is who got me hooked. I will never forget the teasers that year as HHN was put on a Halt for a year in 2020. Nobody hyped me more for this event than JACK! He is truly the best ICON and i cant wait til he comes back! 🤡🤟
Horror Nights to me has always been a tradition to me and my little brother Alex, this will be our 7 year going together. We don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. 💚
