    This is so amazingly skilled! I have a question about how to dry the cups without cracks. I tried to make a basic cup with 市松
    Ichimatsu pattern, but it made a big crack from top to bottom on the opposite side to the handle - how to avoid this? In your video it looks like the cups are not covered in plastic. Thank you again for sharing your talent :)

      Thanks for the compliments. Actually I covered them with plastic when drying, just not shown in the video. In the first day, cover the entire piece with plastic, then the next day remove the plastic and allow it to dry with a gap at the bottom (put some strips of board between the bottom and the base to prevent differences in the drying area). This will generally prevent cracks due to drying. If there are some cracks, try using a slip dissolved in vinegar, as this may fix the cracks. Thank you
