- In this weeks video i explore an absolutely stunning abandoned mansion which had some very interesting things left… but the best thing about this place was the breath taken collection of cars left in the barns outside!.. after havinga loom around i couldn’t quite believe what i had found!.. from Fiat 500’s to Citroën Traction Avants there was some true collectors cars here!.. some of these cars date back to the 30’s!… an absolutely stunning collection of cars!… lets hope one day they can all be saved!.. hope you enjoy this weeks video guys 🙂

These old houses/ mansion s give me- A Sad feeling BUT looking at them inside/ outside , clearly depicts the people,their lives etc😟
I know and you wonder why no one ever came to clear things out and all.
I love all these abandoned properties and places. So beautiful even in their derelict condition.
A beautiful house, it was weird when the door closed by itself, the barn finds were cool, great video Colin.
There is wine in a couple of the wine glasses, somebody has been there recently otherwise the wine would have evaporated long ago. Great explore again, thanks.

After digging a lot on internet, the car on 19:29 is an 1937 Plymouth P4 Deluxe - suicide doors (rear), wippers on the roof, side grill and handle on the hood and the white stripe allong the doors.
The furniture in the house was amazing! Great explore as usual Colin 👍👍
What an amazing place. Guess they liked to keep their favourite cars when they were no longer being used. The chateau itself looks like it was being renovated and maybe a new owner ran out of money and left it. A shame cos it's a real nice place with some very nice stuff and cars just crying to be saved.
That some some Grande house in its time and the owner had wealth, lots of wealth. Great vid.

I was mistaken, there is both a Dauphine and a R8!

There is no Dauphine.
It is a Panhard.
Everything in this Chateau is just amazing. The table pattern and the ceiling is beautiful ❤ The carts and cars are amazing. What a stunning mansion. Thanks so much for sharing/ 😊❤
There definetly has been some renovation going on, but some rooms looks like movie or photoshoot props. Car finds were awesome, but horse carriages even better.

And some of the lathe machines, get sanding the knobs on the front of the clogs. It's not surprising people living in the house could walk to work, in either of the barns, they are such good workshops. what a cool lifestyle.

I just love that youre not a paranormal exploring channel. Cause when there is something strange happening, it is very creepy and unexpected. This place is a GEM. Just wow!

That type of “squat” toilet is rapidly disappearing (thank goodness) but I have seen them in French highway rest stops as well as some old Spanish bars. You can see the textured foot indentations they have so you are less likely to slip. Not a terribly fun experience to use one!

The room/lounge @8:47 had a window above the fireplace, so where did the smoke from the fire go? Where is the chimney?
The smoke is ducted under the window and then up one side of it. They don’t work very well….😂

@24:46 on the white FIAT 500, what you pointed out on the winshield are indeed tax discs. The numbers on them is the year they were issued, which means the white one probably was last on the road in 1984. Those don't exist anymore.

The little pale grey/blue rear-engined car is a Renault Dauphine
The white car in the corner in the second barn is a Renault Dauphine. We used to see them here in the UK back in the 60's and 70's.

absolutely gorgeous,love the windows,lighting fixtures,furniture,could fix it up easily the whole property,stair case,fireplaces,the basement was cool,what a shame the auto and tractors are getting squashed,and left to decay,what a find ,the whoe place is worth a lot of money,very wealthy people lived there,you need to find out more about this place love the old carriage collectors would love this place..surely the owner oassef away.❤️👍🇺🇸

Wow,you really do have 'COJONES ' going into a place like that on your own !! How beautiful it must have been in its day. Some of the cars would probably be worth a fortune to a collector -what a waste leaving them to rot.

19:29 - That's a 1938 Plymouth DeLuxe. I can't see the back well enough to tell if it's the Sedan or the Touring Sedan, but I believe it's the latter.
22:22 - The "Ghostbusters car" is a 1973 Pontiac Safari.

The little white car next to the Traction Avant is a Renault Dauphine (timestamp 21:06) . An absolutely gorgeous little thing. Wow, what a find this place is!
Excellent video. An amazing chateau with so much character and style. I'm wondering if that's the original chateau or there was something else before it with all those lower levels. I'm sure in the right hands all those cars can be restored back to there former glory.

The tower you referred to is very likely a Dovecoat, a residence for homing pigeons. These were very common prior to the 1910's.

Wow! What an incredible location ... i could find myself just wandering and sitting there for hours/days just absorbing all that history. Amazing. You are so lucky to be able to do this kinda stuff Colin. What a beautiful place, somewhere I wish i could live, and so so nice to see it has not been vandalised in anyway. Those horse carts are stunning, an incredible example of craftsmanship. The mansion itself, was just stunning, I wish i had the resources and funds to purchase and restore that location, I really really do. Beautiful! Nice to see a longer video from you too!
