  • Further modified Babington burner to get a hotter flame for use in a foundry. Stages covered are warm up, richening flame, and adding forced air to make a hotter flame.

    It will stay lit as long as both air and fuel are supplied continuously. The one's you see that won't stay lit are not tuned properly. Mine being one of them!

    How long will the flame stay lit or will it run indefinitely until fuel supply runs out ,Ive heard people cant keep them lit?

      it looks like he is burnung at least 50 % gas or diesel, no way thats just oil

    That seems like it could be used to conserve oil, looked like you turned the oil way down then added air. Seems like you could make the waste oil of a single automotive oil change last a lot longer using your method

    gas or diesel, not waste oil....
