Bobb was good even when he was 11/12. i saw him play then and his technique dominated guys 3-4 years older. He hasnt suddenly become good adter he came to City. He has always been incredible. Yeah, he has developed further, but wasnt produced at the academy as some sort of factory product 🥴
The thing that impresses the most is that he doesn’t sulk or pout. He confidently recovers from mistakes, get back into the press, and doesn’t seem to cough it up in super dangerous spots. Even Mahrez took some time to show that confidence in front of Pep, before becoming supremely sure of himself. And I think he gets that from training at our academy and having already had time with Pep giving feedback. This could be an exciting year! I could seem him cooking in the champions league group stages.
@@cityslacker6221 we all need to keep calm and know he is going to have many bad moments and mistakes and bang average performances during the season and don’t start cussing him when it happens . He will get pocketed by defenders sometimes. But he is a really really a good player to pay $$ to watch play football. He will have to pick his moments to dribble and not over do it as he will get injured from yellow card type tackles especially dribbling far outside the penalty area
If Bob was 🇧🇷 or Argentina 🇦🇷 he would be touted as the next wonder kid .. but he is from Norway 🇳🇴 😂 he is so well balanced and his one touch is very very good he also positioned himself between the ball and the defender very smartly and with his close close ball control during dribbling and constantly changing or faking directions defender are constantly unsure and unbalanced. Technical 🧠 players tend to succeed more in the long run over pace and power merchants
Savio has one flaw with his game at the moment which is he tends to push the ball a little to far ahead when he starts to accelerate during dribbling. EPL is full of pace and power players and defenders and I can see him loosing the ball a lot this way or worse getting tackled when he has to take seven strides to get his next touch on the ball. Danger to injury when he cuts inside and over runs the ball a little
I think if the highlights included just exclusively his preseason and community shield highlights it would’ve been better. Not saying the highlights reel is bad but he’s really improved from what a saw last season (Liverpool fan)
Oscar Bobb will be a City legend one day. City Academy producing absolute ballers.

He just ran through a big boot to the shins that anyone else would've collapsed at. Maybe not Foden too. 😄

@@Cityboy876 it's not Star Wars.
Welcome to Arsenal Oscar
we found our Bernardo replacement
He's dangerous.
This is David Silva's replacement....believe me
Once Bob learns to balance attack and pause play pep will use in in rotation with phill Foden in the midfield especially if Foden is playing false 9
