Great how the pbs keep coming. I'm thinking all the 5k efforts recently have set you up n nicely. Brett moved like an antelope and is the perfect pacer and a thoroughly nice bloke. Going to be in Scotland any time for a pacing gig Brett? Haha

Great job man ! Honestly, when i see your recent races results, i think you better go for a 3.15 for the marathon ! There is absolutely no reason to not achieve a sub 3.15 (also, better find a back up race in case Valencia get cancelled)
