The Unification Wars could easily be turned into a Warhammer style of Risk.
there is a mod for hearts of iron 4 regarding the unification wars.
i'd buy a 4x game based on them

@SpaghettiandSauce yeah someone spent a lot of time on a very well made mod called "Unification Wars" he researched everything including gear nations rivals and events down to the exact day it's supposed to occur. Not only that he also made various methods of war that are viable. most don't like the mod because if you play the imperium of man you have to use normal humans with your thunderwarriors and custodes until you can unlock astartes to mass produce. and your rivals which are a bitch to fight because of how limited resources are in the world. Few take time to learn as it's very different from the base game.
you'd think with all the erratas and re-writes of fluff they do they'd make some sort of excuse for the water of Terra just disappearing. Cuz while I'm not a scientist, but i learned about the water cycle in 5th grade and I know that Terra's water couldn't just evaporate away as it'd just rain back down. Doesn't need to make sense to be Grimdark lol.
The overly excessive amount of nukes, during the unification wars/earlier, destroyed that, and what i assume was the ozone that kept the water in the planets pull

The Dusk Raiders were all folded into the DeathGuard under Mortarion. Not the Night Lord's or the Iron Hands. Old Albia (European Albania) was used for recruitment for the 8th and 10th, but the Dusk Raiders themselves were entirely folded into the 14th

Not necessarily, if one has significant enough willpower then they can resist the gods of chaos. Take Kaldor Draigo for example. More or less he is stuck in the warp, yet he still serves the Emperor.
question: could you explain the eye of the emperor? I was told retired Adeptus custodes serve as the eye of the emperor but wanted more details. i couldnt find a video about it. Also does gork and mork have minions of their own in the warp? I saw in forums that gork and mork have defeated khorne and nurgle before in a battle. is this true?

Yup, he grabbed genetics and bloodlines of all races pretty much to fit fighting styles, climates, tempers. And im assuming, some type of animal genes. Like angron the bull, leman the wolf, alpha the gecko.
