Kamal Ravikant is a beautiful writer. I remember reading his 'Live Your Truth', and feeling my heart swelling. I seriously felt what would be akin to an ASMR wave of warm vibration, starting at my heart, and vibrating throughout my whole body. This was at a time in my life when my ego was contigent upon my personal success, and I was really down on the fact that I was not succeeding as fast as I had atnicipated. He came to me when I needed him. Thank you.

Watched the whole episode. Long time follower of your podcasts. Always wanted these in video. Keep up the awesome work. Something tells me that the breakup still troubles Kamal when he is by himself. I hope it’s not that but if it is, I wish strength to him for willing to be more vulnerable.
Anupum Pant, From a psychological point of view, it appears Kamal still has heartfelt issues with many of the things he reveals he has delt with using his "practice". He seems to want to diminish most of the subjects James wants to expound upon, opting to highlight the effectiveness of the practice__which is where he 'is' in his healing journey at the moment, utilizing what he's learned to grow stronger each day. By his own admission he would, most likely, be in deep depression otherwise. It's amazing how our past hurts/traumas can help us BE a better person, when we accept them as such! There are no accidents/coincidences. Kudos to all who find the way(s) that work for them, even more so, if it helps others! I'll probably be getting that book for a sister of mine. 👌🙌🙌🙌😺
Man you asked great questions, the guest didn’t seem to answer them, those details are important because we relate through stories , “being in a bad place” , unclear. The breakup , for example, was that a divorce? child custody challenges? a terminal illness killed the other person? I heard several times “I don’t remember” 🤷🏽♂️ You asked about what would you forgive about yourself, no clear answer there either 😕
I think it's so weird that someone who discloses his guts in a book won't answer any direct or detailed questions that seem like they should be no big deal for someone so experienced in "the work". He won't disclose even the basic details about something as mundane as a romantic breakup? It's not that I care - honestly, who cares, everyone else's romantic breakup is boring as hell - but it's the fact that he WON'T, that's surprising.
Gosh I love James, but with these Kamal podcasts his digging into details of each and every thought was a little tedious .. didnt think i'd ever say that about James
Interesting - I’ve just discovered this interviewer and so far, I’m not getting how fab he is at all. Terrible interview style, making everything about him. I will check out a recent video to hopefully see how much he’s developed since this one
I appreciate the overview and get that he wants to sell books but I wish Kamal had answered even one of Altucher's requests for specifics. (An aside to James Altucher: Your blog post "The Last Time I Made A New Year's Resolution" contains a factual error. The photo you used is of an artwork by Jenny Holzer, from her Truisms series. Nothing at all to do with Disney. 🤮Just FYI, though a proper credit would be outstanding. jamesaltucher.com/blog/new-years-resolution/)

🚫🧢 James Altucher absolutely reminds me of Ted Mosby when he was in college 😂

You both are legend xo : )
he evades all of james altucher's questions
Has James ever had a girlfriend before?
Condescending questions.

He may be protecting the other person. That's fair.

Is that Ted Mosby?
The interviewer needs to apply mindfulness. He is so negative omg 😳
