- This video provides a basic introduction into planck's constant and blackbody radiation. Planck's constant is very useful in calculating the energy of a photon given the frequency. This equation shows that energy is quantized. It is not continuous but can only exist in discrete values.

You have educated me more in mathematics and physics than every teacher I have had combined, from the ninth grade to a bachelor's degree in engineering.
Despite my degree, there are concepts I did not understand at a "gut level" until I saw your videos.
This man helped me during exam days What's good long time no see
Yh me too
He is very useful
Jesus loves you!❤✝️Repent and God bless
You explain things so clearly. I feel bad I avoided physics in high school...
💀
Same tbh
Lol no one in my grade likes physics except for me and someone else we are lone wolves
Jesus loves you!❤✝️Repent and God bless
Omggg I’ve been learning from you for YEARS and now you’re on the cusp of 5️⃣,0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣,0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ subs!!! That’s amazing, humble sensei! Perhaps you’ll unveil yourself and share a bit of your story with us in celebration, so we can thank you “face to face” (kinda) lol. Congrats on all your yt and hopefully life success! Blessings and gratitude to you, bro!🤎
He helps
Jesus loves you!❤✝️Repent and God bless
Please dont say om-😊thanks
me going to school so I can listen to my confused teacher trying to understand and teach physics at the same time so that I can home at the end of the day and get some quality education from this guy over here
so good!!! I hope to see more of quantum mechanics from you
I was waiting for this topic for a long time.... Thank you
God bless you sir!
Thank you SO MUCH! you deserve the best!
The world's best teacher thanks sir u really taught me logic gates always the best teacher thanks
Excellent ❤❤❤❤❤❤
youre a life savior
About the quantum of light
1- In the 19th century, much attention was paid to the study of the thermal properties of various objects. The idealized model that was considered was the Black Body. (Max von Laue called the black body the “Kirchhoff vacuum.” It was also called the “ultraviolet catastrophe”; the first signs of the “vacuum catastrophe”)
2- In 1900, Max Planck solved the “black body” problem by discovering the “quantum of action of light - h”. Particle (h) is not a hot particle emitted by stars. Particle (h) came from the vacuum, from the cosmic vacuum.
3- Einstein's second postulate states: In a vacuum, light propagates at a constant speed (c), which does not depend on the speed and radiation of the source or observer.
4. According to SRT, a quantum of light is not a solid particle.
5- According to quantum physics, a quantum of light has its own internal “spin” (linear or angular).
6- Light is an independent and free quantum particle. Its movement does not depend on the speed of the source or the observer. The actions of light do not depend on the opinions of physicists.

"All these fifty years of conscious brooding have brought me no nearer to the answer to the question "What are light quanta?". Nowadays every Tom, Dick, and Harry thinks he knows it, but he is mistaken." /Albert Einstein/
Thanks!
Thank you very much
thanks for the videos
But what exactly is Plank's constant?
A constant having a value
planks theory tells us that light is in the form of smol packets of energy which are photons. And the energy of photon is directly proportional to frequency so to equate it to frequency we put a constant called planks constant (h)
@@mochi-tx4ik thanks for the explanation
@@ihaveaboyfriendmeh1026 no problem! its not very detailed cuz i just started learning these
@@mochi-tx4ik that's okay. I felt the video did not explain it.
thanks for the video
Dude is the #1 souece of knowledge in the modern day
Jesus loves you!❤✝️Repent and God bless
For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.
Hebrews 4:12
Hi JG! my name is Nicole. There is something I did not quite understand about the photon. From what I understood it’s a energy carrier. But is it already present before the electrons start oscillating from one energy level to another or is it formed as the electrons oscillate from one energy level to another as for during their oscillation you mentioned that they absorb or emit some kind of energy? Thank you! 😊
Thank You
Can I just ask what app is this where you write things with black background?
Thank u💚
Even though n and h are constants, can’t frequency take any value? You imply that multiplying a continuous variable by a constant makes the result limited to a set of values, no?
Wonderful
I LOVE YOU BESTFREN
thanks
Can you explain flyweel theroy??? 🙏
Good
Nice......this is the first comment 🤷♂️
nice!!
I need the playlist where this video is 😢
legend
Where does unit (h) come from?
To solve the blackbody problem, Max Planck introduced the quantum unit (h ), (h=Et ).
The element (h) did not exist in physics before.
The unit (h) does not come from formulas or equations.
Planck introduced h-unit from the "heaven".
Planck introduced the unit (h) intuitively, phenomenologically.
Planck introduced the quantum of action "without recourse to explanations,
metaphysical assumptions and traditional philosophical questions".
For many years, Planck tried to find a rational (classical) explanation
for his h-unit, but without success.
We don't know where the unit (h) came from
Turn around, look at what you seeeeeeeee
Dustin didnt need to sing if you uploaded then, but anyways, Good video
🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼
Please be more specific in computing the energy as well as the 10 negative 34 and its meaning
didnt hydrogen only had 1 level of energy??
information from differentes sources doesnt match up in any way. Khan academy says one thing, school says another, etc.
n is an example of using math to prove something. that isn't what math is for. math is for approximating measurements. just remembering parts of equations doesn't mean you actually understand how something works. and these equatioms are half truths. If part of the equation is so small that it's useless in measurement they chop it off the equation.
me using dark energy. lol
pov : i felt your answers were wrong
True his answer from getting the frequency of 700nm were wrong
Boltzmann brain puppets, all'
Work on your “th” pronunciation bro… smart got to sound smart
