Calado is a good fighter, but he fought an unusually sharp Yodsanklai. Yod's footwork and ring generalship were at his best.
The 3rd round yodsanklai got tired of his opponent dancing around the ring and decided to let loose!

Wondering who will ever defeat Yodsanklai. For this fight, he was slow during the first two rounds, and was at least 4 times on the floors. Diogo put out a smart fight during those two rounds. He could have gotten the decision had he maintained that through the last round. Unfortunately, the Thai fighter knew how to win. Fair decision. Let's hope for a rematch.
He was badly beaten by Arthur Kyshenko who was too fast for him,but still a great fighter!!

Yod seem to have lost some weight, also what's with the fighting without gloves?
Anyway Diogo seem to have kept to his game plan during the 1st 2 rounds but he just gassed out for the last round and has no answer to Yod's aggression. Funny Yod's not doing more of his signature kicks in the earlier rounds thou...
The selective use of the left kick shows Yodsanklai's sharpness. In his lazier performances, he coasts on his power, so you see the left body shot replace the footwork and careful shot placement he demonstrates here.

It is call Kadcherk ancient Muaythai hand wrap style. We use rope to wrap around fighter hand.

Yeah, you can look it up and traditionally they use rope, but I'm telling you to open your eyes and pause the video and examine that that is not rope, it is wrapping/long ribbon of cloth.
