I love these questions. I've been sharing them on my group page titled NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH. But here's my answer to the bonus question... Before my conversion, the Holy Spirit drew me to Christ through conviction about my sin and need for Jesus Christ as my Savior and Lord. The Holy Spirit staged various people in my life to bring me to the knowledge of the truth - vacation Bible school (VBS), Sunday School and discussions with family members who were curious about biblical things. It was if I was irresistibly pulled into salvation. Not long after, I confessed my sin and believed in Christ - the finished work on the cross and His resurrection. Not long after that, my desire to know the Word of God consumed my every thought. The Holy Spirit continues to lead me into all truth by continually staging trusted saints in my life so I could grow in my faith. Many different saints have me STUDY BIBLES that truly helped me make sense of God's Word. I have more stories, but this one is the best Holy Spirit encounter I have, to date. But I will leave off with one last one. I'll make it quick. I had a dream one morning about a friend of mine. So I reached out to my friend through email and told him about my dream. After telling him about my dream, he confessed to me that he knew exactly what it meant. I was shocked. Before telling him my dream, I had no idea what my dream meant, if it meant anything at all. I figured if it meant anything, the Holy Spirit would let my friend know. But if it meant nothing, then I would've just assumed my dream was just something bad I ate before bed 😂. But my friend ended up confessing to me that he had been secretly engaging and dabbling in porn. My takeaway from all of that was that God wanted to remind my friend to know that his secret dabbling in porn was not a secret. God knew. It was as if God revealed it to me without actually telling me. I believe it was a reminder to my friend that God sees all and nothing is hidden from Him, and that all sin must be confronted and conquered (Proverbs 15:3; 28:13). I like your Bible quiz but on this one there are some things I disagree, the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God it's not a third person of trinity, if you accept God then God Himself will come to you by His Spirit,
I enjoyed talking to my kids about the Lord. One afternoon, as my son and I sat under a tree watching the clouds, he asked me how I knew the Lord was with me. My son was 7 at the time. I smiled at him wondering how I could answer him. Just then a gentle breeze started. I asked him if he felt that. He said yes. It's the wind. I told him the Lord is like the wind. You can't see, hear, touch, but you know he's there because of his spirit touching and guiding you as the wind touches and guides the leaves on the trees. You just know he's there because of his spirit.

I was baptized in the Holy Spirit two years ago in my bedroom just before my 40th birthday and I haven’t been able to put down my Bible since. Starting Bible college this month so that I can better communicate the word and help with the great commission.
I would put off the Bible college thing . Being that the Holy Spirit is a much greater teacher & is free with out the doctrine of men. Look in the Scripture for all that God can teach and instruct you.!!
@@bickabraham2397 , I strongly disagree. Our life in Christ is a corporate one. The idea of "just me and the Bible" is NOT what Christ taught. Join a good church and go to Bible College. Learn Greek and Hebrew. Learn hermeneutics. Preach the Good News.
Received the holy sprit with the evidence of speaking in toungs at the age of 16. I'm now in my 80th year. He's never left my side. Got all the answers right. Praise the lord.
I agree with question 22. From my own experience, I have not felt the Holy Spirit many times because of choices I made or what I put before Him.. I have chosen many worldly things before him in my life that put him in the background. I'm not proud of that. I know he's always been with me. When I chose fleshy things it made him feel very quiet a lot of times, although he never stops speaking.❤

I was 25yo and filled with the Holy Spirit while lying in bed after praying for it. It was like a circumcision of my heart... very powerful. I was so filled up with joy that I was laughing. Was afraid I'd wake my husband up who was not a Christian. I'm 73 now and He's been ever with me thru thick and thin. What a mighty Helper and Comforter He is! PTL ❤ 🙌
Yes I surely have, l love the Holy Spirit so very much, he spoke to me twice several years, first time I heard him speak, do not worry everything will be okay, I am the Comforter, the peace I felt was so amazing, l couldn't even remember what I was worrying about! Years later l was a little upset thinking about death and l heard that sweet soft voice say, Live your life and when your time comes, I will be there! I wish everyone would realize what a wonderful, caring, loving GOD we have! I recieved the Holy Spirit in 1983 while jogging and talking to God. I exclaimed, I must tell others about you Lord !! Just don't make me look goofy' Lol ... I received the baptism of the Holy Spirit, almost one year, to the day, after I received Christ as Savior! While I did not speak in tongues, I did receive the gift of understanding God’s Word. Up to then, I had read it in drudgery because I couldn’t understand it. But immediately after my baptism in the Holy Spirit, it was miraculously opened up to me! Now, I read it voraciously and with joy!
I got them all except the last one! Honestly, when the Holy Spirit is in you, you do have His fruit; therefore, you always do have a sense that He is there, that He is present. Oh well...Thank you for such an enjoyable experience!
You're right Michael. I think what I was trying to explain is that the Bible doesn't promise a warm fuzzy feeling. I have been anxious in the past because I was expecting some overwhelming experience and a physical sensation all the time. Did this mean that I didn't have the Holy Spirit and so therefore did not have a guarantee of my inheritance?! Yes, I would expect to see spiritual fruit, but is that always a feeling? Honestly this quiz took me a long time, because I had a lot to learn myself (still do!). Thanks so much for your gracious comment. I'd be interested to hear what others think too.

Regarding the Holy Spirit pointing you to truth, I’ve had multiple spiritual experiences recently in life, and one of them was when I was brushing my teeth. I was praying to God, “Jesus, I mean no disrespect, it I need to know the truth before I can give you my all. Please don’t be mad at me for this little bit of doubt-I just need to know”… I wasn’t even expecting an answer but I surely got one right away. It was crazy!! It was a sense we humans don’t have. In my HEART, I felt the words undoubtedly and so strong “Jesus….. Jesus……. Jesus……” three times. It was also out to my right, yet it was deep inside. It was audible, yet it wasn’t. It was so hard to explain. At first I thought it was Jesus, but months and months later I realized that it was probably the Holy Spirit pointing me to Jesus.

I have been a recipient of The Holy Spirit's protection several times. On more than one occassion Satan has tried to kill me and not succeeded. When I was 10, Mom and I were almost killed by a drunk driver when we were heading for church. Although he hit us we were not even injured! This last one is so unusual because I have no memory of it happening. But I know The Spirit protected me. I was on a long distance bike ride on a bike and pedestrian trail. I do not know if I was attacked or if I lost control of my bike. But in August of 2014, whatever caused my accident, it resulted in me suffering from a traumatic brain injury. It changed my life forever. Yes, I am disabled now. But I praise God for what He has done for me and through me. I have leaned even more on God's Word and relied even more onThe Spirit. He really is my strength! Thank You Heavenly Father for giving us Your Holy Spirit. Truly, we would be lost without Him! I thank You for His power, protection, and presence in each of our lives! I pray this Father in Your Son Jesus Name. As a Christian, I believe I had a tangible experience of the fruit of Spirit when I was volunteering at the local soup kitchen. After I had come to realize in humility that I was truly just as spiritually poor, naked, and needy as the homeless people I was serving, I no longer had the usual sense of the dreariness of the whole situation, for I was just as desperate as they in my need for a Savior. Serving became a joy and the love for them was immediate and unmeditated.
The Holy Spirit lives within us . The Holy Spirit is our comforter , the Spirit leads us and helps us define right and wrong , and guides us .. I felt the Holy Spirit guide me into calling for a job in Children’s Ministry years ago. It was wonderful and I got the job! Stayed there leading various things like Sunday School, Vacation Bible School for quite a few years. Then helped watch my grandkids. Four years ago I was asked to lead a much smaller church’s Sunday School/Youth. Been there ever since. Each time I ventured into something new, my heart was so very excited! I have encountered the Holy Spirit and I’d like to share this with you. I was around 6 yrs old riding an old scooter , while I was enjoying myself with the breeze the long grass etc a whisper in my ear clearly said one word \ GOD /. That’s the short version and I have many accounts of such experiences.
First of all, I want to say It is He, the Holy Spirit convicts of one's sin through the Word of God and leads us to repent and believe on Jesus Christ.and receive Him into one's Heart. He leads us into all truth He Takes what Christ has said and reminds us of it. He dwells within a believer in Christ. He helps in our prayers as what we have to pray for as we ought to. Idk if this was the Holy Spirit but this happened to me about a year ago. Oct 2022 This is the wildest thing I have ever experienced. I lay in bed late at night, I typically go to bed as late as midnight-1am. I was struggling to feel tired and I felt my back pain start to flair up so I began to debate in my mind if I should roll over in bed to help that. Out of nowhere a hand reached over my left shoulder and layed down on my chest. The moment I was touched I felt this unearthly rush of Joy, my back pain vanished. It felt like light and pure and almost more than I could handle- joy.. and I almost feel like I can't explain to an everyday person that I am not talking about happiness or the dopamine-gratification that we feel as an everyday earthly experience, this was truly unearthly. Now the hand only set down on me for a few seconds and the moment it lifted and retracted away back to where ever it came, the moment it left I instinctually, as a complete reaction of the experience SHOUTED, "THANKYOU". It was like heaven invaded me for a few seconds and the moment it left, before I could even imagine what it was, my soul couldn't help but to shove it's expression through my lips. I will never forget that.
Absolutely, it's the Holy Spirit. Same thing happened to a dear Brother in Christ. He told me he felt incomplete for he had not experienced the Holy Spirit so I prayed to Him to reveal Himself to him. So one day, he slipped on the snowy pavement. His loaded gun fell off hitting his knee and tummy. He thought he would die but saw the Hand of the Holy Spirit stopped the bleeding on his knee. He's still alive though the bullet almost hit his spine. All thanks be to the Spirit of GOD!

The only thing I saw that stood out was question 21 For God did not give us a spirit of fear but of- answer should be Power Love & a “Sound Mind” (new King James Version) That’s powerful, im an intercessor for many & this verse is important for spiritual warfare! The enemy satan & his ranks of demons love to attack the mind & try to make you crazy & mental attacks but he’s a liar! Self control fits under Sound Mind as a title. You can’t have self control if you don’t have sound mind. I thought & hope that perspective would be beneficial to add.Iv seen & been involved in alot of answered prayers, healing & deliverance in these many years. Holy Spirit taught me in so many ways there are different & specific strategies in the wicked kingdom against us Christians so definitely there’s different specific strategies in Kingdom of God that Holy Spirit gives us who diligently pray & ask to learn in Jesus Name! I prayed and asked God to help me love a person who I definitely did not like. I had a real problem with this person. Every time I was around this person I would feel angry and resentful with this person. God answered my prayers and I was amazed how my feelings changed for good about this person. The Holy Spirit helped me to love and care about this person. I could never have done this on my own.
I did a lot better than I thought I would because there's been times in my life that my faith gets weak so I always remember that when you are weak you are strong in the power of the Holy Spirit those who trust in the Lord Jesus Christ!!

Received the holy sprit with the evidence of speaking in toungs at the age of 16. I'm now in my 80th year. He's never left my side. Got all the answers right. Praise the lord.
I agree with question 22. From my own experience, I have not felt the Holy Spirit many times because of choices I made or what I put before Him.. I have chosen many worldly things before him in my life that put him in the background. I'm not proud of that. I know he's always been with me. When I chose fleshy things it made him feel very quiet a lot of times, although he never stops speaking.❤

Yes I surely have, l love the Holy Spirit so very much, he spoke to me twice several years, first time I heard him speak, do not worry everything will be okay, I am the Comforter, the peace I felt was so amazing, l couldn't even remember what I was worrying about! Years later l was a little upset thinking about death and l heard that sweet soft voice say, Live your life and when your time comes, I will be there! You're right Michael. I think what I was trying to explain is that the Bible doesn't promise a warm fuzzy feeling. I have been anxious in the past because I was expecting some overwhelming experience and a physical sensation all the time. Did this mean that I didn't have the Holy Spirit and so therefore did not have a guarantee of my inheritance?! Yes, I would expect to see spiritual fruit, but is that always a feeling? Honestly this quiz took me a long time, because I had a lot to learn myself (still do!). Thanks so much for your gracious comment. I'd be interested to hear what others think too.

Regarding the Holy Spirit pointing you to truth, I’ve had multiple spiritual experiences recently in life, and one of them was when I was brushing my teeth. I was praying to God, “Jesus, I mean no disrespect, it I need to know the truth before I can give you my all. Please don’t be mad at me for this little bit of doubt-I just need to know”… I wasn’t even expecting an answer but I surely got one right away. It was crazy!! It was a sense we humans don’t have. In my HEART, I felt the words undoubtedly and so strong “Jesus….. Jesus……. Jesus……” three times. It was also out to my right, yet it was deep inside. It was audible, yet it wasn’t. It was so hard to explain. At first I thought it was Jesus, but months and months later I realized that it was probably the Holy Spirit pointing me to Jesus.

I have been a recipient of The Holy Spirit's protection several times. On more than one occassion Satan has tried to kill me and not succeeded. When I was 10, Mom and I were almost killed by a drunk driver when we were heading for church. Although he hit us we were not even injured!
This last one is so unusual because I have no memory of it happening. But I know The Spirit protected me. I was on a long distance bike ride on a bike and pedestrian trail. I do not know if I was attacked or if I lost control of my bike. But in August of 2014, whatever caused my accident, it resulted in me suffering from a traumatic brain injury. It changed my life forever.
Yes, I am disabled now. But I praise God for what He has done for me and through me. I have leaned even more on God's Word and relied even more onThe Spirit. He really is my strength!

As a Christian, I believe I had a tangible experience of the fruit of Spirit when I was volunteering at the local soup kitchen. After I had come to realize in humility that I was truly just as spiritually poor, naked, and needy as the homeless people I was serving, I no longer had the usual sense of the dreariness of the whole situation, for I was just as desperate as they in my need for a Savior. Serving became a joy and the love for them was immediate and unmeditated.
The Holy Spirit lives within us . The Holy Spirit is our comforter , the Spirit leads us and helps us define right and wrong , and guides us .. Ephesians chpt 4 tell us to keep unity with the spirit .. That tells me Christ lives within me , and the Holy Spirit ..Here's some verse I looked up that may help with any question ...

Stayed there leading various things like Sunday School, Vacation Bible School for quite a few years. Then helped watch my grandkids. This is the wildest thing I have ever experienced.
I lay in bed late at night, I typically go to bed as late as midnight-1am.
I was struggling to feel tired and I felt my back pain start to flair up so I began to debate in my mind if I should roll over in bed to help that.
Out of nowhere a hand reached over my left shoulder and layed down on my chest. The moment I was touched I felt this unearthly rush of Joy, my back pain vanished. It felt like light and pure and almost more than I could handle- joy.. and I almost feel like I can't explain to an everyday person that I am not talking about happiness or the dopamine-gratification that we feel as an everyday earthly experience, this was truly unearthly.
Now the hand only set down on me for a few seconds and the moment it lifted and retracted away back to where ever it came, the moment it left I instinctually, as a complete reaction of the experience SHOUTED, "THANKYOU". It was like heaven invaded me for a few seconds and the moment it left, before I could even imagine what it was, my soul couldn't help but to shove it's expression through my lips. I will never forget that.
Absolutely, it's the Holy Spirit. Same thing happened to a dear Brother in Christ. He told me he felt incomplete for he had not experienced the Holy Spirit so I prayed to Him to reveal Himself to him. So one day, he slipped on the snowy pavement. His loaded gun fell off hitting his knee and tummy. He thought he would die but saw the Hand of the Holy Spirit stopped the bleeding on his knee. He's still alive though the bullet almost hit his spine. All thanks be to the Spirit of GOD!

The only thing I saw that stood out was question 21 For God did not give us a spirit of fear but of- answer should be Power Love & a “Sound Mind” (new King James Version) That’s powerful, im an intercessor for many & this verse is important for spiritual warfare! The enemy satan & his ranks of demons love to attack the mind & try to make you crazy & mental attacks but he’s a liar! Self control fits under Sound Mind as a title. You can’t have self control if you don’t have sound mind. I thought & hope that perspective would be beneficial to add.Iv seen & been involved in alot of answered prayers, healing & deliverance in these many years. Holy Spirit taught me in so many ways there are different & specific strategies in the wicked kingdom against us Christians so definitely there’s different specific strategies in Kingdom of God that Holy Spirit gives us who diligently pray & ask to learn in Jesus Name! I prayed and asked God to help me love a person who I definitely did not like. I had a real problem with this person. Every time I was around this person I would feel angry and resentful with this person. God answered my prayers and I was amazed how my feelings changed for good about this person. The Holy Spirit helped me to love and care about this person. I could never have done this on my own.

Not sure which version of the Bible you use. That last question... not to nitpick, just for thought... I was quoting it with you when I realized the difference. Yours said "self-control", whereas I quoted "a sound mind". Not huge. But, wouldn't self-control be only one part of having a sound mind? A sound mind would cover more "ground". So to speak. Just a thought. :)
