Wow... the legato, vibrato, flow, tempo, and restraint!!! Just perfect. My go-to rendition for the piece.
Comanescu really nails an authentic sound on Barrios. His interpretations and nuanced technique are beautiful.
yeah, but I wonder what new guitar compositions could be like...utilizing those harmonic overtones and percussive aspects of the guitar?
His ritardandos at the end of some of the phrases are just sublime. They really capture the emotional feel of this piece

@@enio17 Bertha's version has no comparison due to many reasons. She's paraguayan and she feels Barrio's music like no one else. She's also been at a top level for almost 30 years or more.
The tempo is just perfect.
Taso is one my favourite classical guitarists!! Flawless technique!! How i wish he could just have a masterclass here in south africa at the university of cape town where classical is veru very big!! Hope this prayer would be answered someday✌

This is the closest I've heard to the way I played it. He does it better, sure...but his phrasing in certain moments makes me realise I wasn't crazy for feeling it that way.
