Try hooking up the microphone plug to get it to work on your steering wheel control had to do that in my truck to get all that working right
I was thinking about that I might try it when I do the back up camera!

Mine only play while in reverse I have everything for the Bose system. I’ve never experienced this
@@monykajohnson3762 you might have the power for the amp control hooked the the reverse wire. That would be the only thing I can think of.
