- Hey y’all! I recommend watching @TheBoxtruckCouple videos. Especially the one with Ms. Christy (I apologize if I spelled her name wrong) helping a subscriber. That really helped us out on our first load today and her actual first load with Amazon that she did alone was motivation!
I know all runs won’t be great but for the first time I give it a 10/10! Thank God and many more to come.
My husband and I did that! Teamwork makes the dream work Frfr!
Thanks for watching!

Congratulations!!! Glad everything went well with your first Amazon load!!
Thank you so much!
Good evening Lorenda. This is my first time ever hearing or seeing any of your content and I think you are great. I know this video is dated but is the order of deliveries given to you on the rate con or is that something you have to put in order yourself? My questions revolve around how do you know the order to load the truck? Last stop first and first stop last.
Good morning!! Thank you and thank you for watching. I guess I’m low key because I don’t do social media but I’m here just sharing my journey 💜 amazon relay doesn’t have rate cons, their load boards show what they are paying. Once you book a load you’ll see all of your stops but remember Amazon facility is always included as a stop. So once you accept the load you’ll see where each load is going. You’ll load the last stop first and so on.
Great job and congrats on finally getting on the road. Proud of y’all. I know it’s been quite the journey!! Y’all be safe out there and much continued success‼️
Aww thanks so much! That means a lot to me! Yes it’s been a journey for sure !
💯 congratulations on your load and finally getting on the road. It’s been a journey for you all.

@@lorendaboyd You're Welcome 😉
Hey Lorenda. Hope all is well. Do you need to register with the IRP with a 26ft box truck? or do you register at your regular tag office ? Thanks in advance
Hey !! I registered at the DMV just like you would do your car.
@@lorendaboyd thanks lorenda! I should be on the road in about 2 weeks. Just waiting to put insurance on it . I have a driver and I will be dispatching . Haha wish me luck 🤞🏾
@@Tracklyfe_T you got this! I’ve been dispatching us the last couple runs and using Amazon relay load board.
Y’all did that✊🏾Only 🆙 from here💯
Yes!! Thank you! How are you !
I’m good, I’ll be on the road soon. Y’all definitely keep me pushing.
That is so good! Keep me posted on how everything went. What state you in again?
And don’t give up. You got this! I can’t wait until you say you rolling too!
I’m in Kansas…We 🔒’d in😆I’ll keep y’all posted for sure.
Congrats how do you get a permanent badge
Thank you! You can email jacksamp@amazon.com and he can get you a badge. Just tell him where your picking up from. You have to send your name , DOB, last four of SSN, email address and a picture of you with no glasses on nor hat on. Just shoulders and head in a white background.
Hey Lorenda do you need to use your ELD when your running local in state? Or you only use it when your traveling in and out of state ?
Hey Vincent from what I was told you should use it at all times with an exception if your truck is 2000 or less. I do know people don’t use them if they are in state or driving less than 100 miles.
Okayyyy!! Now we talking. Congrats on your first load. Are you going to go OTR or stay local for now ?
Thank you so much!! We just gone do local for now. I’m gone try this Amazon peak season out and go from there
@@lorendaboyd niceee. I just got in contact with Nelson today. Trying to get this insurance process put together. I should be up rolling late September. That would be cool if I can find a local route contract . Glad you up and running though !!
@@Tracklyfe_T he’s the best to me! You’ll be rolling soon and very soon. Amazon peak season will be starting up.
@@lorendaboyd what months are the peek to ? I work from home so I might just turn up on those late night runs.
@@Tracklyfe_T I work from home too as of now but I want to put all my energy into the business.
Peak season to me is OCTOBER-JANUARY. but if you look it up it says November to December but they be extremely busy so it last a couple months
