As darkness engulfs the world, the god-king descends to shatter the long night,
Their brilliance illuminates the heavens and the earth, bringing new life to all things.
After the maintenance on September 27th, the new Shikigami "Amaterasu" will officially join the Heian-Kyo battlefield, with the role of [Mage]. Stay tuned!
Skill Design Concept
As the radiant sun goddess of the three noble children of heaven, Amaterasu possesses the power of light, bringing life to all things and creating [love] for the world. Amaterasu's divine power comes from all things in the world, so her abilities will gradually ascend to the divine realm during the match; her radiance should shine upon the world, so we hope to endow her with a battle style that dominates team battles. Amaterasu can use the [Heavenly God Statue] and [Chains of Light] created by her second skill to connect with enemy Shikigami and easily copy the range of influence of her first skill [Divine Light], while her ultimate skill [Divine Judgment] can provide instant support to team battles that erupt in other positions.
To reflect the commanding and controlling nature of the high heavenly goddess, Amaterasu can flexibly use the [Heavenly God Statue] and [Chains of Light] to influence the battle to varying degrees, and by precisely controlling the relative positions of the [Heavenly God Statue] and enemy Shikigami, the first skill [Divine Light] creates more overlapping high-damage areas, thereby dominating a team battle. We hope that in the current Heian-kyo environment, Amaterasu can, as the high heavenly goddess, spread her radiance to every corner of the battlefield.

what i imagine of Amaterasu's ult would be like using her mirror to release a long range sun beam, kinda like Lux.

She's one of the best female design shikigami alongside Kujaku, Kinnara and others. I can't wait to get her soon!

Orochi is not a top lane mage... he's a mid lane mage... why are you comparing a top lane mage like Arakawa and a mid lane mage like Orochi??
They are not going to rework his kit now.
Orochi is not a toplane mage. Some players can use him on top lane, but he's best in mid lane
