It could be a pregnancy ( most plausible) I can’t remember how long she’s been gone but I’d think if it was Nic’s baby she’d be showing by now and would know. I don’t think that’s the case. You’re not going to be woohooing someone you plan on leaving. So it’s probably Jayden’s. OR you could go deeper and say she has a health condition. Which would be a huge unexpected plot twist.
