Respect the man. He wore the belt anywhere. Once he won it. Wore the belt as a corner man and as a spectator.
And they hate triple c for rockin a medallion
I remember hearing he wore it to the strip clubs.lol

Ya shit. Never was a fan
But this showed a humble different side of him. Now a fan. Keep it up tim
I'm from SE Iowa and seen him one time at Walmart with his son. As a long time UFC fan, I recognized him right away. He was walking with a limp due to his bad knees. I didn't walk up to him and act like a little fan obsessed girl, I simply walked by, smiled and nodded at him as if to say hey, I know who you are, he caught it, smiled and nodded back. I didn't want to interrupt his time with his son and make a scene for other people to join. The smile and nod was good enough. Good luck on your endeavors Mr Sylvia and thank you for all those slobber knockers that you put on for us fans!
Hey I'm from Albuquerque, NM and ran into Jon Jones too one night. I was out side smoking my last bowl and he said hey kid let me hit that. Before I knew it I was staring at the GOAT who kept walking and pocketed my favorite one hitter. Never thought I'd see Jon Jones outside my own dealer's house. Looked like several celebs were in the Bentley too, but I couldn't get a good look since Ronda Rousey was passenger side and wouldn't move her head as they sped off. You just never know who you're going see and where right? Reminds me of that time I met Joe Biden long before he was president in the back of a local laptop store too.
@@UroborosX1 You're hilarious
@@UroborosX1 although I really don't doubt that you met Joe Biden trying to get Hunter's laptop back. The reason I said that I'm from SE Iowa is bc that is where he lives now and we have very very few celebrity encounters here. Carlton from Fresh Prince frequents here since his inlaws live down the road about 6 miles. I just wanted to point out that I met him by chance and he seemed like a good dude but no matter who he is, he doesn't deserve to be hounded by some nobody(me) just because he's famous, or was at one time. Now he's just an average Joe working a 9-5 and making ends meet!

Tito says: Where's my money? You've been handling it for 15 years.

you don't know shit about money.
Which was true. There's more.

Tito then discovers he was also set up by his broker and by another guy, Banker Richard Carrion of Banco Popular PR.Broker was paid to steer Tito's millions to Carrion's bank. Broker now works full time FOR the bank after living very well off Tito's money.
Now Tito's in court suing the Bank,Carrion and the broker. A trusting Tito was fooled and his money was used by others to get rich.
@@raymondfrye5017 Yeah that's just ignorance. Never trust any banker with your money. Watch where every dollar goes. Millions of dollars Will get you hurt in most situations. You don't mess with people's money. I agree with you tho.
mystic mac well, in Tim’s case he took his money, bought a home and land and invested his cash so props to him. A lot of fighters like him end up with nothing. He was smart enough to plan ahead. And in a time when fighters made a fraction of what they do today. Also he has his own TV show and has been on hunting shows for years. So that doesn’t hurt his wallet. I know him well before he moved from Bangor. Haven’t seen him in a long time. Glad he’s doing well.
Takes care of there fighters most of them barely make a decent living, only champs or extremely popular fighters do real well ,the rest get 10 k per fight you can fight twice a year maybe 3 times if ur lucky, the Reebok deal took away all personal sponsorship ,they just barely started to pay for training and for injuries in training just the last couple years

I'm loving this "Legends" series. New fans who don't know the history of the sport deserve to know the OGs... Modern fighters stand on the shoulders of these giants.
The Maniac was a beast back in the day! Pat Miletich had a group of killers. Jermey Horn, Jens Pulver, Robbie Lawler ,Matt Hughes and Tim Sylvia.
Pat tells a great story in an old JRE episide that they had a guy who trained with them and smoked Them all but didnt wanna fight for a living
Matt Brown ??
@@yeahbee8237 maybe the guy knew himself well enough to know he did not had what it takes to translate those skills into a successful career, there are plenty of stories of fighters that are beasts in the gym but for some reason cannot perform the same in actual fights. One example is that TUF guy Bubba Mcdaniel who was in the same season as Kelvin Gastelum and Uriah Hall, the guy was well regarded by some very good fighters who trained with him at Jackson's but if that praise was true his skills never translated to a long career at a top organization like the UFC or even Bellator.

Maybe Tim going in HOF, would make sense. His 4 losses in UFC were all against other legends Mir, Couture, Arlovski, and Big Nog. Arlovski he got revenge in next fights and Big Nog was getting his butt whooped until he caught Tim in sub. Honorable mention to his domination in title fight with Jeff Monson. Monson was on 16 fight win streak with 10 of the wins via submission. Sylvia neutralized his ground game when it went to the matts and Monson was helpless.
Also two time champ. Not many of those. Once you lose it you usually lose it. Only a handful of those in the history of the sport.

@@PomazeBog1389 lol, no doubt bro. I think we've all had those moments. Thank God we didn't have everyone watching! 😁
Tim Sylvia: "I lost my killer instinct when my son was born"
Animal Heads On Wall: "Say What ?"
Too bad many missed the quality of this one .. you deserve much more thumbs up
That was funny!
I legit laughed out loud
Man I was literally about to comment thee exact same thing. LMAO!!
Killer instinct and the ability to kill defenceless animals, not the same thing
This man was my first UFC fight, my son just asked me who he was yesterday. I said son let me tell you.......
But you play baseball
@@connorthom1522 hahahaha I got that reference !!!! I always get that bullshit hahaha
I want to hear Tim Sylvia say, “I parked the farm car in Harvard Yard”.
I pahhked the fahhm cahh in Hahhvud yahd.
I read your cahhment the way he would've said it
It's funny seeing all these comments about his accent when he just sounds like any american to me haha
@@tcmx712 Not even close. He has a thick New York accent.

Being a dad is the BEST thing in the world. I adore my wife & 5 kids!
Glad to see Tim Sylvia doing okay, never got to why he was despissed like that. He was a raw fighter, and he always came to fight
God damn looking back at this it’s crazy how the majority of his fights were title fights lol
That's a great champion, and someone to look up to💯💪😀, love all of those nice bucks he got, Awesome 👍
I watched this guy growing up and I wouldn’t have even recognized him if I walked past him on the street...
Great fighter!! Great champion!!! He deserves to be a Hall of fame!! Legend!!
Makes me so happy to see Tim palling around with his son.
"Soon as I has my son my killer instinct was gone" and then cries. Yup, That's becoming a dad in a nutshell.
It's still there, but reserved for the poor sorry bastard that wants to start shit with his family. That'll be an instinct nobody can stop.
Very true yes that is were killer instinct is reserved for all fathers
@Mike Harrigon shit stains like you are the reason people hate vegans. He said he eats all the meat, and is not just a "trophy hunter".
Now if you are butthurt about croc farms or safari hunts i can understand that. But this is a MAN who hunt his own FOOD.
And don't sound to be so wise, no one can stop a bullet.
Yep
I fucking love his accent, its so funny. "He didn't go for more than 40 YAHDS"
the Maine eee ack
sounds like a mix of Boston and Maine/Canada.
As a fellow Maine-iac, I picked up on his Maine accent immediately.
The yahds reminded me of Australian outdoors expert for some reason
True mainah
Tim Sylvia is living the dream man! Congrats to him, he deserves everything, awesome guy!
I used to root against Silvia EVERY fight. But I gotta admit, I’m rooting for him now.
