Sir Doms, IISC banglore also accept GMAT and Gate scores.
IIT Bombay also takes 4 yrs of bachelor's degree
It's about eligibility, some IITs take only 4 years in bachelor , and only 7 takes bachelor from any discipline

Sagnik, you can try for IIT Delhi. I don't think IIT Bombay will convert. Also, IIT Kgp is a good option as your profile suits the same
