What does aluminum do?
A few things I am doing for myself in addition to some of the good suggestions below - 1) Daily lemon water. There are pubmed docs that discuss how that assists in breaking down calcifications (from oxalate & other) in the body. 2) Reduced oxalate diet (reduces calcifications in the body created by oxalate). and 3) Sauna / Niacin protocol to remove heavy metals. This protocol is widely used to pull heavy metals from the body by military, drug rehab protocols, emergency heavy metal exposures etc.
How much niacin do you use and for how long?
Cilantro works as a powerful heavy metal detoxifying food. Turmeric, ginger, lemon water, chlorella, activated charcoal from coconut are also very helpful for removing heavy metals. Look into "heavy metal detox

In America at least, all of our food, even “organic”, has high cadmium levels in it. It’s in the soil. There’s no getting around it. Also, most of our food-vegetables and fruit (if you buy it at the store) has been sprayed with who knows what.
So that’s a little hard to avoid unless you grow your own food.
That being said, I have no idea what my pineal gland looks like but I’ve had a knowing and intuitive/psychic abilities since I was tiny and that’s never changed, and I see visually and have things happen every single day, all day, synchronicities.
I eat sugar and yet, I’m ok in that arena.
Things I don’t do or stopped is using toothpaste ~ (use baking soda instead), I no longer drink alcohol, I don’t smoke, I meditate, I’m out in nature almost everyday.
So maybe it balances it out.

I'm 67 yesterday and have been on well water most of my life. My land has a very good well I have been using for 40 years. No drinking or bathing in anyone's "processed" water. I threw out fluoridated tooth paste 5 years ago.😊 I do smoke occasionally. Gotta stop that before it becomes a habit.

My mom had hypoglycemic calcium buildup in her body. She had Alzheimer’s. She was my best friend. I love her so much .She had a very tough life. I was hoping and praying that we would get time to enjoy our older years together, but she died two years ago a horrible way to die with Alzheimer’s.

Unless your going to move to a fresh river stream then you have no choice to drink tap water. Bottled water might have no fluoride but instead has plastic that reduce male testosterone which cause many problems. You cant even drink rain water apparently.

And I think that the most important thing we ALL need to know and understand is that we ALL have our own personal direct line to God no middlemen like popes, priests, pastors and churches etc etc…. all you need is Him and He will listen, He will answer, He will heal your spirit which then will heal your body and protect you. Every time You think about something in your head you are using your minds eye, it is past present and future all in one, you can see anything and all it takes is focus. Once fully unlocked the minds eye will blend the physical reality with whats in your mind to the point where there is no definition, you can be awake one second and then be in a spiritual state without even cllsimg your eyes. I'm assuming you read the KJV. Well, guess what? It's not "the original," either. It's not even the real King James Version, it's the New King James Version which has been modernized because most people would struggle to read the original, which came out in 1611. Furthermore, the Bible as you know it isn't even something the men who wrote the books of the Bible had anything to do with. A committee of men, at the behest of the Roman Empire, sat down and arbitrarily decided which Jewish and Christian texts would make up the "official" scriptures. They excluded anything they disagreed with. If you wanna base so much of your life and opinions on what The Bible says, it might be a good idea to educate yourself on the topic.

If you look on RUclips, you can find ambient type music that is claimed to be an awakening for the pineal gland. I think most of it is b/s. I like the singing bowls..I don't know if it actually helps the pineal gland, but it is very pleasant to listen to. There has to be an actual way to improve, decalcify the pineal gland .
It's about frequency in the music and the sound frequency of the bowls bells etc....

Not to poo poo the pineal gland idea, but processed foods and fluoride are fairly recent, does this mean that prior to this, people were enlightened, yet there doesn't seem to be much evidence of this.

But there are influences which can limit or block our ability to connect with the divine. Abuse and substances are just some of the things which damage the ability to see and hear truth the veil
It's not about fear. We are to take care of our bodies. Chemicals and metals can affect you mentally and physically. As well as your ability to function in a higher state. I'm not pushing back, it's just common sense.
