The authentic champorado is the one with tuyo, it’s a mixture of sweets from cocoa and the salty taste from fry fish. I’m sure you’ll gonna love it when you’re used to on eating them.
Not to be mean, but why does it seem like the two Filipino girls don't to know how to explain their food? Atchara is not solely a breakfast side dish. It's a condiment that you may pair with several dishes to offset the saltiness. It's made of papaya, carrots, raisin, etc then pickled in a vinegar and sugar solution. I just wish they could've explained the Filipino food they served thoroughly. LMAO it's not made of raddish!
I think they're just cautious on how to describe the Filipino dishes since there is a language barrier... They're just searching for the words that Sook can easily understand
They said "like pickled radish" which means it's only similar to the pickled radish that Koreans have. They didn't really said that it's made of radish...
sheila mae Ayap they are not really comparing it to korean food they didn’t even know the galbi. I think they trying to think of the english of papaya though Koreans know the fruit.

Did Kim Sook liked it? I mean most Koreans ain’t too fond of “too sweet or too salty” Filipino food.

It's sad because it seemed like the twins weren't prepared...anyway, they did their best..
maybe they don't know atsara..:)
Kristine Zamora its not all the time atsara is being introduced to foreigners. At least they still served it
I think they're just cautious on how to describe the Filipino dishes since there is a language barrier... They're just searching for the words that Sook can easily understand
@@mavnni that's exactly my point. Foreigners don't know what it is so they should explain it to them if they plan on serving it.
Hahah. Pde naman radish kung walang papaya.
Pero ung ngulat ung Korean nung tinikman na nya... 😲

They said "like pickled radish" which means it's only similar to the pickled radish that Koreans have. They didn't really said that it's made of radish...
Kim JunKyu specific po kasi ang atchara it is made of papaya talaga though meron naman talagang pickled radish.
sheila mae Ayap they are not really comparing it to korean food they didn’t even know the galbi. I think they trying to think of the english of papaya though Koreans know the fruit.
