    The authentic champorado is the one with tuyo, it’s a mixture of sweets from cocoa and the salty taste from fry fish. I’m sure you’ll gonna love it when you’re used to on eating them.

    Not to be mean, but why does it seem like the two Filipino girls don't to know how to explain their food? Atchara is not solely a breakfast side dish. It's a condiment that you may pair with several dishes to offset the saltiness. It's made of papaya, carrots, raisin, etc then pickled in a vinegar and sugar solution. I just wish they could've explained the Filipino food they served thoroughly. LMAO it's not made of raddish!

      I think they're just cautious on how to describe the Filipino dishes since there is a language barrier... They're just searching for the words that Sook can easily understand

      They said "like pickled radish" which means it's only similar to the pickled radish that Koreans have. They didn't really said that it's made of radish...
