      I should have mentioned that it isn't exactly the same for every player. Some will develop certain strengths earlier, while still having other weaknesses. It was especially noticeable for me when I was still at around 65% wr and being decent at pushes, but lacking situational awareness. For my platoon mates it has often been the other way round, they were better at farming and surviving, while not just as good at finding opportunities to push on. This kind of combo can make up for a great platoon though, one is baiting, the other punishing.
      Also obviously the video can't mention every single strength and weakness of each level, it will require a lot more videos for that :D
      good luck :)

    21 losses in a row, 20 losses and a draw, to tell the truth. But then the same. 47 battles, 34% win. If you tell me that's normal and that there isn't something else in the game. Try flipping a coin and when it comes up 20 in the same direction, I'll pay you a nice big beer. There's something else here, for sure. I try to follow your advice, starting positions, everything else, defeat after defeat. :( I keep dropping stats and that I've been doing 40k battles. I really don't know what I can do anymore.

    • @n9o
      @n9o  7 месяцев назад

      even if you flip a coin, you might end up having 20 times head in a row - a statistical avg doesnt mean that results are evenly distributed on a tiny scale already. I hope you will still find your way back to it.

    I try, I do everything you mention, but I can't improve my statistics. Yesterday a sad 54%, my average 53%. Regrettable. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.For me it is a great frustration. There must be something else, I can't figure out what it is.

    • @n9o
      @n9o  8 месяцев назад +2

      Just a wild guess, but that level there's often a lack of patience with the game. You can take time to think - but also you really have to. If you cannot shoot for 10 seconds, you need to find a better position. If you are at risk of dying, due to lack of support, you need to know in advance.
      so make sure to reevaluate your situations more often than you are doing right now. Ask yourself: am I effective here? Can I be more effective somewhere else? Am I at risk of getting killed?
      Start with doing so every minute and work on making it an intuitive part of your gameplay.

      @@n9o Thanks for the answer, I'll try to do it that way, although I'm no longer very optimistic about my real chances in the game. I have tried too many times without success. After 40k battles I may have acquired bad habits and I am not able to get rid of them. Congratulations for the channel, for those of us who try to improve it is a reference. Even if we don't make it. These days I'm very pessimistic, and a little angry with myself for not being able to do it. You are doing a good job.

      @@jesuniki4640 thanks :) I can tell from my own experience that sometimes you get stuck a little and it's hard to break out of bad habits. Stuff that helped me was being very honest with my own mistakes, rewatching replays of simply asking myself after battles where I messed up. Also platooning with different / better players can be a good idea. And another thing that made me question my habits was to play on a lower tier again (I practised end games by playing low tier lights) or even on an entirely new account or server. Suddenly the standard move won't be good enough anymore and you have to focus more on making the situation work.
      Good luck!

    • @n9o
      @n9o  7 месяцев назад

      To some degree, yes, since one defeat hurts a lot then. But ofc the handful of solo 80% players have the same teams as well. Btw in platoon the max would be around 90%, so 80% is still quite common among the plat wr farmers. Just needs good game knowledge and a lot of aggression in the gameplay.

  • @jesuniki4640
    @jesuniki4640 8 месяцев назад

    Sometimes I think this is very nice to hear, but it really isn't. I think a player can barely affect the outcome of the battle by a very small %. The rest is luck. With bad teams, it's virtually impossible to win a battle. I've seen it thousands of times, even in platoons where the possibility of affecting the result is twofold. I've seen people from leading clans and they've lost the battle. The reason, they had a couple of very bad players in their team. Now that's decisive. I can't improve my stats, I've been trying for months, years, and I can't do it. I play better, but my numbers are still the same. Do we all have bad teams? Maybe, but we don't know in what proportion. I'll keep trying to improve, but no matter how many videos and tips I can't do it. In many battles I can hardly do anything, a single one against a well-placed team is impossible, or your team very bad. I don't know why I'm unlucky with this game, but that's the way it is. Within seconds of starting a battle, I usually know if it's won or lost. I'm very rarely wrong. And after a minute or at most two almost with 100% accuracy. Then? How is it possible for a player to affect the chances of winning? Really, I'm starting to not believe it. And to believe, on the other hand, that the matchmaker has a lot to do with it. I don't think there's almost anyone, hours and hours, videos of the best, but I haven't been able to advance, nor be decisive in most of the battles. I just think it's a matter of luck. The team you play for. I'm sorry to say so, but I think it's the truth. This is a fantastic channel, but improvement, to some extent, must have to do with other issues. Whether you spend more or less money on the game, I don't know. It's clear that they do what they want with the matchmaker, they've proven it. I can't believe my numbers fit my game, after trying so hard. I'll keep trying, it's just the way I am, but every day I'm less optimistic about it. I think the cards are cast, and it's WG that does it.

  • @wobblestone3148
    @wobblestone3148 6 месяцев назад

    I really dont think 80% wr as a solo player is realistic or even achievable. This is a team game of 7v7 and you only have so much health and dpm to make use of. It doesn't matter how good you are when 5 teammates die in 2 min. Plus the fact that if your win rate is very high you will most likely encounter other high winrate players in the enemy team. I would say around 65% wr is a good goal to cap out on for 99.99% of the player base. Aiming for higher will cost your mental health and is really not worth it unless you are or want to be a youtuber/streamer/pro player.

    • @n9o
      @n9o  6 месяцев назад

      Getting close to 80% solo is definitely possible, although most solo players of the highest level get stuck around 77/78%, but no one is playing perfectly, which puts the theoretical cap at around 80 or even slightly above. The best platoon farmers even get 90% pretty reliably.
      Surely that's not what everyone can or has to get to, it's just to demonstrate what is possible when one is only focused on improving instead of complaining about the teams.
      We currently do not have skill based Mm, so having a high wr does not mean you will face another one of high wr. That's totally random (luckily, as we've seen that sbmm was really frustrating)

    • @n9o

      Absolutely, yes. I've been beneath 50% Re the first 10k games and have given sobbing school / training lessons to multiple players of the 40-60% range, allowing them to move on as well. This game is not about getting good teams, but about learning how to deal with bad ones.
      And ofc there are bad sessions for everyone, but all players can improve their average. WG has zero benefit of interest in giving some players better teams than others. There simply is a lot to learn to master this game and this video obviously only gives an insight into the key differences from my pov, but there is so much more that I need many videos and streams to explain everything.
      I hope you keep going and stick around here, it would be nice to see you move ahead as well!

      @@n9o Believe me I'm trying, of course I'll follow your channel. I've been trying too many battles without success to stop for now. But I really can't figure out why I'm losing so many battles. In ranking I barely win 45%, I don't understand it. I play much better than players with 57 58%, much better. But I keep losing battle after battle by going out with lousy teams. They don't capture bases, the heavies go to mediums, but the mediums don't push, they give away the whole map to the enemy, they come out late (this is very common), afk, in short, it's one after another. I barely get 50%-52% I have in random, 40k battles. I've seen more than a thousand videos, sure, I analyze tactics, positions, I'm not a pro handling the tank but I already have some skill. I think I should be above 60, and I don't get a 50. It's something that already hurts my self-respect and I certainly think there's something behind it. Maybe all this is just the result of my frustration of not becoming an above average player, I do not aspire to a 70, let alone an 80%, I see it impossible with my bad experience in the game. But a 45%? I can't understand it unless it's because of something beyond my knowledge. This month only 45.9% in ranking, 500 battles. It is absolutely disheartening
