Anyone who knows Prof. Magoha as a dean in med school and later VC can attest to his consistency. He is a bully but it's magical because has worked.

Ruto was opening a school in komaroko and cheating people that he will look for space to build 5 school in each sub county. From where? A drop in the ocean.He was ones a minister for Education why now?.For his information Embakasi sub county has about 37 public primary school only. Shame, shame!!!

For sure Dr. Magoha deserves a senior position to co-ordinate key areas in educational sector. With this kind of wisdom, honesty and boldness he should not be far from key decision making bodies on educational matters.
