Theoretically speaking, what if Angela was actually Ruby's friend who passed away and she created an android that resembles Angela to accompany her in the mission which explains Ruby's tears at the end of the video and why Angela is the only android who had different features in comparison to the other androids.

Amazing theory, in all Ruby’s lines and her shown entrance we all see she’s very happy. But from this she mostly looks down everytime she’s interacting with Angela (not sure on that one scene where they were holding hands)
