Komal ji, I'm a Telugu guy from Hyderabad. I can speak and understand Hindi as well. Honestly, your review has been unbiased and very candid. Totally admit with your views and can't deny the fact that you have a great cinematic brain. Good part abt you is you credited each and every actor and technician specially the captain of the ship " Sukumar" the director whom most of the are forgetting to applaud due to Allu Arjun star performance. This movie was truly captivating and didn't expect Bollywood audience to accept such a raw & cult mass movie as Pushpa. I thought it will be a big flop in Hindi. Crazy outcome... Something that surprised everyone that Hindi audience are looking for change from regular movies. KGF was one such movie which changed the dimensions

RRR Radheshyam KGF jaise film abhi aana baki hai aur Pushpa toh Dhamal maccha rahi hai

I am not Allu fan but his performance in movie specially in pre climax and climax scene with shikhavath is awesome and can't explain in words how I felt after realising the pushpa character depth and emotion. While watching felt bgm is awesome, but after analysing the movie realised the actual depth and intensified and emotional pushpa. Awesome performance and don't know how sukku written the story with very sensible intensity, coz on paper can write only words not the emotions, but sukku did fentastic job, ofcourse Devi did a speechless bgm and pushpa is the raise.
First time south indian movie ne hollywood movie se bi zayada impress kiya hai.... Allu Arjun nailed it perfectly

Sir is it possible that if u could review the blockbuster movies of 90’s and even 70’s like sholay, DDLj, hum apk hain kaun etc. it will be a unique thing to do as a lot of kids of 70’s and 90’s will relive those pleasant memories.

as a Fan from England i must admit this video is a absolutely excellent review by Komal sir as usual very honest in his reviews and no spoilers. Not sure why some critics are trying to put this movie down and cinema houses not giving enough screens for the hindi version. We need to appreciate these movies we are All tollywood and Bollywood fans but in the last few years tollywood have made super blockbuster movies which we have all loved watching i.e bahubali, KFG etc and i think there is a conspiracy in bollywood were they pay critics to put south movies down but good to know Komal sir is not one of them and he gives honest reviews. Keep up the good work Komal sir. Thank you
Sukumar wrote the story of pushpa long time back even before KGF was released. Mahesh babu was the first choice actor to play pushpa .

I would really appreciate if you point out the flaws of the film rather than putting the onus on the audience everytime.
A good film is a good film irrespective and vice versa.
Box office performance isn't a fair criterion to judge the credibility of a film.
I understand trade isn't concerned with the finer aspects and it is a numbers game afterall.

1 - #pushpa n #bhawar singh shekhawat ka jo pura climax confrontation scene hai woh scene bahut hee mazedar aur bahut unique lagta hai, ek toh bhawar singh ko bahut hee jyada khatarnak aadmi dikhaya gaya toh jab aise khatarnak aadmi ki bolti heri bandh karta hai toh bahut jyada maza aata hai, mera khoon hee hai mera brand .
No 2 - interval scene dead body dekhte hue bhi jis tarah apni baat karta hai aur fir dobara laut ke aata hai , filn ka interval itne dhamakedar tarikey se hota hai woh bahut zabardast lagta hai , #pushpa naam sunke flower samjhi kya, flower nahi fire hai.
No 3 - ofcourse pushpa aur srivalli ka romantic scene jab srivalli bolti hai ki woh bhi pushpa se pyaar karti hai woh scene bahut hee mazedar aur emotional lagta hai.
No 4 - pushpa aur uske maa ke scenes.
No 5 - jab pushpa Mangal srinu ke saale ko maarte hai woh pura sequence bhi bahut unique aur mazedar hai
