That ambience was a real pain to make haha, I really had no idea where to find sounds so I created them myself with synths and instruments. You can expect many more ambient creations like this one! Can you make a mountain ambience for travelling through the mountains?
I don't know if this is a commission or not, and won't be able to afford a commission.

Thank you so much Steven! Actually that's the first ambience that I really "Composed", because I used instruments and choir and had to write notes and make them play with an 'eerie' feel as you said ! That represented a lot of work even though they play just a few notes ^^
Love this. I would love to make a VR MMORPG game that has this kind of stuff. I imagine walking on holy ground with these sounds, treading carefully, as one must not upset the forces that have made this ground holy or face the consequences. This is great stuff. :)

If you can , maybe try something with an Egyptian kind of theme. A mixture of Egyptian music and kind of choir, like at the end of that one song from The Prince of Egypt, Deliver Us. Mystical, entrancing, and empowering

Very nice love that feel of Contemplation and Erie vibration in the air,with the Distant bell, gives a feeling like your in a place of great importance,like those within are not to be interrupted in their activity's Just Quietly Observed. i dont know ,almost like Stepping into a Place at once Accepting and almost Unwelcoming in its Purity. or maybe i'm over thinking it, either way love it.
Hello dsper! You are not overthinking it, that's exactly the point! I based this ambience on the good-aligned gods of the world I'm creating. Even though they want the good of mortals, they are still dangerous, and are in constant conflit with other gods for influence. They see and hear everything in their temples, and have a different, deeper understanding of everything. You think you are a believer ? No, you are just a tool for them.

Sounds Like my kinda gods!, i like to represent evil gods as cancerous beings largely corrupting and Withering folk or twisting them with the power they sought while good and Neutral deity's in my writings are So alien in mind that at best the average mortal should hope for is their continued Ambivalence towards your life,they dont make life easy for those they notice to quote a book series "a perfect spear has no branches" the good gods test their faithful and show no kindness or mercy for them,weapons against the dark are made stronger for their suffering.i use one called the Eternal Light which is a being of pure Energy that grants power to Purge Unnatural things from this world and cares not at all for traditional ideals of morality as long as the Darkness is Cast back from the Mortal realm. thats when i'm doing a Grim setting at least .

I plan to use this theme in a campaign one day. The idea is that a war between light and darkness is going on, with the light side being a tyrannical force of oppression seeking to either convert or destroy everyone who does not follow their religion. The protagonists in this case would be a small scrappy group of dark dwellers seeking to stop this Holy Empire, protect their way of life and free the beleaguered peoples of the world. This theme in question would be used toward the end when the heroes finally strike at the heart of the empire.

It is a book series based around a red sandstone Abbey, and the characters are all anthro animals, otters, hares, mices, ect.
It's very heroic.

I grew up catholic, so temples and churches were wondrous places. I am no longer Christian and have no desire to be Christian, but... I do miss the atmosphere and feeling churches had.
Same as you, except for the desire to be christian again. I feel like we forgot what beauty and grandeur were. Almost no great work of art was made since Europe (for me) forgot its roots.
