Do you do revisions? I had a septo/rhinoplasty with deprojection and while the job was overall good and it resolved some other issues my bridge has been over reduced and I hate it.

I had an ethnic rhinoplasty but Im dissatisfied. He derotated the tip because I'm tall. Which in theory sounds good but my nose looks pointed down from the front view. He shaped the tip and the nostrils but my nose is still big. I have small eyes and a slender face so having a small nose wouldn't be a bad look for me. I'm black and white. 6'1 250 lbs it's only been 3 months but in 9 months could you help me and what would be a price range i should expect so i could save?
