Anawe is a cry by children saying: I want to learn, I want to go to school, I want to achieve my dreams.
Faith is a musician and teacher. He is described as Malawi’s only ‘One Man Band’, combining new technology with traditional Malawian vibes. He comes from a family of musicians, and began playing hand-made gallon guitars at the age of 10. He aims to use his music to speak for the rights of disadvantaged children.

The message in this song brought tears to my heart. The thirst for knowledge should never go unqueched. Children are the future of every nation, so looking well to their learning helps us all.
There were times in America where Africans who were enslaved were forbidden to learn. Now knowledge has increased. I pray doors will be open for my brothers & sisters in the Motherland. Thank you Faith Mussa for a beautiful & inspiring song.
