I recently found this channel, I really enjoyed watching the videos. I wanna say that Jamsime is a good presenter, and it takes enough wisdom to show us the men and women behind the positive side of Mama Africa.
Jasmine always shows interesting things. Amasaman is a Ga village so not Twi samaen like ghost but rather in Ga mann meaning town. So Amasa’s town Amasaman.
The development is still clearly under construction. He also mentioned that they will build a playground for kids,a football field and other amenities BUT our EXPERTS are already criticizing🙄🙄🙄. This development will be beautiful, when complete.
Whats happening guys ,will be retiring from Canada next year ,im ready to buy or build also invest .love what your doing my brother ,hope to meet you soon
I just got off the phone with Ike. I asked if he can build me a home on the beach. He said yes in the cantonments by Labada beach. I live in Atlanta and will be visiting in May. Thank you again, Jasmine for the connection. Ask about your commission. 😂
Thanks Jasmine for sharing. Well done to the gentleman for all he's achieved so far. With regards to this development, the apartments are spacious and I like the general design with the straight-line architecture. The price point is also realistic However, I feel it is a bit crammed ie too many blocks and too much of a concrete jungle with not much space left for greenery, swimming pool or leisurely activities. The apartments blocks are too close to each other so they will overlook each other. Personally, I would prefer lower number of buildings, more greenery and would be happy to pay a bit more per unit for that.
What about the Locals ? I would try to integrate the Locals in the Apartments. Percantage wise. Locals who are not able to pay should sign a 10 years contract and contribute to the Community and in the end they will be able to own a Apartment. The Aunty next door who sells plantain can be the cleaner for the Community. The young men with Family etc. can be the Postman for the Community. Or the Young Single Mom works in Kindergarten or daycare for the Community. They are all in the 10-15 year contract. If they can pay mortgage ealier it's also fine. Sorry for my bad English. Hope you get me Jasmine ?! Involve the community!

Hello Jasmine. Would you please share videos on more affordable apartments perhaps outside of Acura. And also include information on car rentals, getting a DL in Ghana, how rent works there etc. Thank you! 😊
The Houses in the country like too thick concrete.. The builder need to learn on how to use build with Breathable materials and also large windows for light transparent, Because we see the rooms areas looks too dark even day time.

@@healthylifestyleletshareid6060 i see. Because of Ghana's hot climate, not many people opt for wooden floors etc. Even use of hollow blocks is a recent thing. Clay bricks which give cooler buildings too are not very popular here. People in other sunnier climes like to paint their buildings white to cool it. Ghanaians would rather build whichever way we want and install fans, air conditioners, plant trees to cool it. We need more 'breatheable building' options/education
Africans need to start doing the concept of a model home. Build one home completely and furnish it so people can get a look at what the completed product will look like .
I see these are storey buildings right and if so how many floors are there ,and do u get to choose the floor u like for instance if u prefer the top floor or bottom etc..
Nice work on the apartments but I feel Ghanaian developers don’t really care so much about the locals in terms of affordability. Even with the target audience most can’t come up with let say $60, 000 in 1-2 years even without interest. If it’s without interest for 2 years but with interest from 3-10 years. Maybe that would give people the flexibility to buy quickly. It’s not that easy!
The location of this property would be more appealing to investors if the development site had a bit more thought to it. Most of the time, we start building without care for the neighborhood, the landscape the road in and out of the neighborhood, amenities, etc. This needs a gym, a stream of neighborhood shopping centers, and not just concrete walls

These apartments are for people with the money to buy. There are plenty of other developers building homes for the community.

Reasonable prices. What about electric and water? Is there a grocery store close by?
Electric and water is all completed by Gridvillas. There is a local market not far from here and there are some shops along the main road as well

Yes, in Ghana there's a mini store at every house or every corner. Everybody is selling something, it's ridiculous!

Where are some locations to acquire lands for apartments like these
U will most likely have to go outskirts unless u have a very big budget
So this the man behind vita milk 🥛

What about Marke????most of the Estate forget about Market where to buy food.
Theres a market nearby, like 5 minutes away xx

I have land I am looking for a builder. Does he build on other people's land?? Home?
Does the registration fee goes towards the total price of the units or independent of the sale price of the unit?
It does from memory but do verify with them x

The last time I traveled they required this x
Why is it called Amasaman???
Is there ghosts in the area or what 🤔🤭😝
Looll I dunno
Man means town in ga/twi. Amasaman, Amasa's town
Too much concrete
