    Fazil Say plays Mozart with such joy. When I am feeling low, I try of think of Fazil's face playing Mozart and I start to feel better.

    11:49 till 13:12: I just love the face and reaction from the 1st violinist who´s sitting just behind Fazil Say! Mozart didn´t write that part of the concerto, but I suspect he might have liked anyway! And Fazil Say? He is a genius, too!

      You can say you don’t like his way of playing. No need to criticise his habits. Glenn Gould also had notorious habits. When they play they not only press on the keys.. they enter the music, the live it to offer it to .. us.
      Just try to play without partition. Each pianist has his habits to share music.

    • @organman52
      @organman52 Год назад

      @@Sultanetta The 'habits' are all part of the pretense. This particular pianist looks directly into the audience with that ugly smirk on his face. That is supposed to be normal?

    Added notes in the bass. Crescendos where no such thing is indicated. 'Echoes' in repetition. Left hand overpowering the right. Ridiculous accents. Wrong notes. In other words - butchery. But he is famous so it's all good.

      C'è più di un motivo perchè è famoso, mi dispiace per i suoi gusti e le sue critiche pretestuose; personalmente pagherei l'inverosimile per avere il talento di questo artista e per rispondere a un altro suo post dove si chiede perchè suona con la bocca aperta, io sarei disposto, puor di saper suonare come Lui, a suonare con la bocca spalancata per tutto il tempo.
