i have heard about security company's offering a service where they go in and evict a tenant I understand that it is technically not legal but what could be done in such a situation to the company or the landlord as most likely no formal paperwork would be filed and the company could claim the were removing burglars from an empty property. I have seen this happen once already and as I understand it nothing happened to either the owner or the company. interested to know you're thoughts on something like this

So the tenants would be in a situation where if they try to sue the landlord, the landlord can label them as burglar and they would be knee-deep in quicksand.
hence they can't sue you. It's quite smart. But I doubt the ethical/moral questions about this method.

Unfortunately I can't comment on this.
