To study and analyze the works, thoughts, struggle, philosophy and way of Babasaheb, the students have to first make their mind neutral. Students have to leave aside their prejudice, preconception, apprehensions, perceptions about Babasaheb and leave the thoughts developed gradually through castist thinking of surrounding people, family, friends, relatives, netas, gurus, etc. Students have to leave their caste supremacy from their mind aside and stop hating of lower caste of Babasaheb. Basically you have to start from fresh and make your mind natural, broad for understanding the thoughts and works of Babasaheb. Once you start studying the thoughts, then you have to start thinking in depth, and have correlate the thoughts of babasaheb not only with that past time but also with present issues. And also students have to study manusmruti, castism etc and what problems raised about these by babasaheb. Students have to study that, how babasaheb studied with the problem discrimination faced, and also as an Economist, jurist, how babsaheb thinks and give solutions to governance for nation building. Different works on RBI idea, Employment Exchange, Central Electricity commission, Labour Ministry, CPWD, Water management, Irrigation Dept, Damodar Valley Dam, Hirakund Dams, River linking thoughts, Labourers related laws, work- timings, maternity leave to ladies workers, etc.
I am sure, students who studies babasahebs thoughts and his education with open mind then definitely they will be inspired, and students will do their studies of exams with very focused and dedication. and in their civil services life they will serve the people without prejudice.

क्या बात है मैम..बहुत बढीया.. बाबासाहब का पुरा आत्मचरित्र अपने बहुतही अच्छे तरीकेसे बतायी है इसलिए आपका पहले मै दिल से धन्यवाद और अभिनंदन करना चाहता हुँ। बाबासाहब आंबेडकर सच्चे राष्ट्रपिता है भारत के.बाबासाहेब आंबेडकरजी ने भारत वर्ष का ऐसा एक भी फिल्ड नहीं है जहाँ उन्होनें अपने क्रांतिकारी विचार और अपना अतुल्य कार्य नहीं किया हो। हिंदू कोड बील तो बाबासाहेब आंबेडकरजी ने भारत के समस्त भारतीय महिला के सन्मान और उत्थान के लिए बनाया था।साथ ही साथ उसमे ओ.बी.सी.के लोगो के हक्क और अधिकार और उनके उत्थान के लिए भी हिंदू कोड बील बनाया था लेकीन पंडित जवाहरलाल नेहरू ने उस बील को स्विकार नहीं किया।इसलिए भारतीय महिला और ओ.बी.सी.समाज के लिए बाबासाहब आंबेडकरजी ने अपने कानूनमंत्री के पद का इस्तिफा दे दिया था।ये बात बहुत कम भारतीय महिलाओं को मालुम नहीं।और OBC को भी मालुम नहीं।यही हमारे देश का दुर्भाग्य है।आज दुनिया बाबासाहब आंबेडकरजी को 'द् सिंबल आँफ नाँलेज' के तौर पर जानती है।और हमारे देश में कुछ सवर्ण जाती के लोग बाबासाहब आंबेडकरजी को जाती के द्रष्टी सें देखते है।और जानबुझके उनका मानवतावादी,समतावादी और क्रांतिकारी इतिहास हमेशा छुपाके रखती है।लेकीन सुरज को छुपाने से सुरज छुपता नहीं।आज हम देख रहै है की बाबासाहब आंबेडकर का कारवाँ दिनो-दिन बढता जा रहा है। मै अपने देश के समस्त युवाओ को ये अपील करता हुँ की बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर जी का पुरा साहित्य पढे।क्यों की बाबासाहेब आंबेडकरजी ने जितना लिटरेचर लिखा है उतना लिटरेचर भारत के किसी ने भी नहीं लिखा।इसे पढने की जरुरत है।जयभीम, जय संविधान.
